I had a fantastic experience with Lone Star Patio! Brian came out for the consultation and provided thoughtful recommendations for our patio design, including color choices and custom additions like a fan and TV mounting with power. His attention to detail was impressive. The installation team arrived on time, worked patiently, and made sure everything was installed exactly how we envisioned. They were extra careful digging for the posts to avoid our underground sprinkler and drainage system. The pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges or upselling. The entire process was first class, and I’ll definitely use them again. Highly recommend to friends, family, and neighbors!

I cannot say enough about Lone Star Patios. Brian Sonnier, being the face of LSP, could not have brought better service. As an estimating/construction consultant, I understand building materials, scheduling, pricing, and much engineering. I had many questions initially. What is difficult to find is a contractor that delivers exactly what is purchased and on the timeline that was set. He dealt with the HOA (need I say more) who seemingly did their best to stand in the way of progress. Lone Star men showed up 4 days after Hurricane Beryl as scheduled and installed the patio in one day. While we only had some minor damage to fence, we were able to host folks with major damage and lift their spirits under our new patio with ceiling fans and lights. We were able to run our generator under the patio without it getting wet which was a real bonus that we had not anticipated. If you are thinking about getting one - DO IT! Thank you, Brian!

Beautiful however many leaks. Multiple leaks in first few months and even now, 2 years later. Multiple leaks. Complained to Brian. Never showed up to fix leaks. On one occasion stated never received the complaint. However I have the receipts. Do not use Lone Star Patio Builders, unless you want to keep spending your money for expensive leaks.
Yes I’m sure it is Lone Star Patio Builders. The emails are from this company and the representative is Brian S who responded to the requests to fix the leaks.
Update 9/9/24. After 2 years and a google review. Received call back from Brian S. Who said I will receive a call to set an appointment within 2 weeks. It is day 9 of the 2 weeks. Have not heard anything yet. I will provide an update on their service by day 14.

With over tens years dealing with Brian and his crew at Lone Star Patio Builders, we couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately our home suffered damage from Hurricane Beryl back in July and did severe damage to our front porch. LSPB came out and did what they do best and did a full rebuild making it look better than the original. I would highly recommend LSPB for your home improvements!
Attached is the before and after of photos of our home. We decided to go with the darker trim and it looks amazing!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new screen walls! Despite the heat yesterday, we ended up spending the entire evening outdoors, thanks to the comfort they provide. A huge thank you to Brian and his team for their professionalism and efficiency—the wait time for installation was minimal, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We can’t recommend their services enough and are excited to share our positive experience with friends. I expect there will be plenty of interest in screen walls from our circle! Wanted to thank Brian Sonnier and Lone Star Patio Builders for coming out to our home in the middle of some horrific rain we were having in Conroe, TX , to get measurements for a quote to screen in our patio. Great job was done by the installers. They did a great job on the install, going over what they were going to do before doing any work. Upon completion, they cleaned up everything and even helped put some porch swings back up. All in all it took about 10 days from quote to finishing the job. The install took about 4 hours. Just a great done by all involved. Thanks again Lone Star Patio Builders

We wanted to put a patio cover over our patio and the first two contractors did not think that they could do what we wanted. I met with Brian from Lone Star Patio Builders and he presented me with a plan to build the cover at a reasonable price. Lone Star built my sister in laws patio covers many years ago and they cam highly recommended by her. I'm glad she shared them with us.Once we got started, Brian told me to sit back, relax and he'd take care of everything . And he did that.Lone Star Patio Builders did a fantastic job building our patio cover. They were helpful, quick and efficient. It turned out exactly as we envisioned it. We love it. I'd recommend them to build anyone's patio cover, or any patio work.
