Very unprofessional,charged me a $460 for down payment and made believed that it was a full coverage ,when she only put my vehicle on liability…. And she raised my tariffs then next month when she knew the whole time there was a lean whole so annoyed..

Filed a claim against them and it’s been a few months now. Haven’t heard anything. You constantly got to call them, even though they’re at fault. Wait times take too long and when they say they’ll get back to you, they don’t. Highly don’t recommend
