Lords Chimney was professional, punctual, and thorough from start to finish. They arrived on time, clearly explained what they were inspecting, and took the time to answer questions without rushing. The inspection felt careful and methodical, and they documented their findings clearly. Overall, a very straightforward, professional experience. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

This company is actually pretty awesome! We’ve used them for 2 years now after purchasing our home and we couldn’t be happier with the service! Oh, did I fail to mention Miquel….ahhhh! He is wonderful, polite, knows what he is doing, very attentive to details and will not leave your home a mess! (failed to mention that he plays golf, which should be an extra star) He’s done our fireplace service for 2 years in a row and I expect him back next year. I don’t know what ya’ll are paying him….but a raise is definitely warranted!!!! 10 STARS!!!

I don’t know how they stay in business! We had them come out for a quote to fix up our fireplace and the price was laughable. We could rebuild a new fireplace and chimney for a fraction of what they quoted us. They should be embarrassed by how much they are charging people for their services. Truly don’t know how they stay in business - oh wait yes I do with some sucker clients that are willing to pay 5x more than the going rate! Steer clear of them at all cost.

With the storm that just went through, we called Lords Chimney and Anthony was able to come out on Monday morning (we called Friday morning). He has been to our house before and is always professional courteous and really knows what he’s talking about. When he came today he gave us a breakdown on everything and even tried to fix the cap that flew off, but it was unfixable (which we kind of figured, but appreciated him trying!). Will always recommend Lords and if you can get Anthony you are definitely in the right hands!!!

I left a good review of Codie’s service on 5/2/24. But now another review is warranted . Codie cleaned my dryer vent but noted that they were not very dirty . He inspected further and discovered that the main problem was original install of the venting system years ago . So Cody eliminated a 4” wide 90 Degree elbow . So now a load of clothes that took 50 minutes to dry , now drys in 35 minutes. That’s saving me some . Thank you Cody and Lords Chimney .

Would recommend this company, so very professional . Craig was thorough and clear about what needed doing and talked me through steps with photos taken in and outside my chimney. The two service agents who did the work were friendly, polite and did a most excellent job, showing up when they said they would and leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Great job!

This is what is bothersome: the same scope of work is 3X more expensive at Lord's than at a similarly highly rated shop. They do tell you that if you find someone cheaper, it won't be "as good". I watched what/how the repairs were done - unless there is some secret sauce that Lord's uses in their mortar, I fail to see where the corners were cut to the tune of $3k. Because that's the difference between their quote and the service I used. Don't try to upsell people, folks.

After we paid $140 for your salesman to come out last spring and vertically tell us the only remedy to our damper problem was a new chimney for upwards of $16k, we have gone to another company that does chimney and dryer vent clesaning...we will not be using your services ever again ...you can thank your obnoxiously rude and condescending sales guy. HE DID NOT INSPECT THE FIREPLACE so we got NOTING for our money but neither have you.

We have used Lords Chimney for flue cleaning for wood burning fireplace, repairing ignition on outside gas fireplace, and dryer duct cleaning. Easy and responsive appointment scheduling and great communications on arrival window. Technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient and we like the reports with photos after service completed. Very satisfied with this business.
