So disappointed! I have always shopped Lowes and had good service, however my last interaction was horrible. Over black friday/cyber weekend I ordered an #LG refrigerator to be delivered Dec 16th. It arrived damaged so I returned it and, after much ado had it re-ordered to be delivered two weeks later. just before delivery day #Lowes called to say it was never ordered but that was being corrected. Still it would be another two weeks. Again I waited and again, just before delivery day I received yet another call to say my refrigerator had not been ordered. Did I mention that my old fridge had been removed on Dec 16th preparing for the new one to arrive! This is completely unacceptable. I finally just cancelled the order since obviously they were never going to get it right and I was tired of the inconvenience of not having a fridge and being let down every time it didn't show up. Lowe's did nothing to correct the situation and a lame apology isn't enough. Not only did they waste my time and cause a huge inconvenience, this also cost me another $500 to reorder the fridge post sale (from another company of course) I doubt I will ever order another item through #Lowes as I no longer have any confidence that I will receive the item! Such a shame that a corporation that big can't do better!!

This is the Lowes's location closest to my house but I do prefer their Bunker Hill location just because it looks like they are busier and move more product. Plenty of parking and located on Ella and 610 North in a pretty convenient location for the Heights and Garden Oaks area. The associates here are probably some of the most useless and non subject matter experts from all the Lowe's that I've ever been to. The hiring pool here must be abysmal because that's a good adjective to describe their staff on my multiple visits. I resorted to ordering things online and shipping it home honestly.

I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe's (side by side) and it was delivered on 08/21/2023. After delivery, I noticed the left door was not closing correctly. I contacted Lowe's to inform them and was told to contact Frigidare. Frigidare came out and fixed the door. I asked if the fridge supposed to be leaning like it was. He pulled it out and said I have bad news for you, this refrigerator has been dropped. He contacted Lowe's and they brought out a new one on 09/12/2023. I received a phone call that morning stating they would be at my home in 20 minutes to pick up the damaged one, I was not notified prior to the phone call that arrangements was made to pick it up. Now I'm angry because I'm without a fridge and have nowhere to put my food. When I called the store I was told that they were doing me a favor by providing a same day service. After the pickup, the drivers left the drawers to the fridge behind and when I contacted them, I was told to keep them or give to the delivery guys that was coming to deliver the new one, whom refused to take the drawers. Once again I contact Lowe's and they had the audacity to ask me to bring the drawers to the store (the nerve of them). I had a king size symphony hershey bar on my kitchen counter which I had taken 2 blocks from. Well, the delivery personnel ate my candy bar and left me four blocks. The new fridge was damaged as well. I was not offered any incentive, I told them do not send another Lowe's personnel or a Lowe's item to my home and to come and pick up their shit. I requested a full refund and told them I'd purchase my fridge elsewhere, not to mention they delivered my washer and dryer a week prior which was scratched. This is piss poor, unprofessional, lazy, unacceptable and unethical. Tonya Stanford

This Lowe's clearly HATES their paint department, every time I come to this location no one can be found to simply help with paint. Do yourself a favor and go to any other store for your paint needs because you'll pull your hair out at this Lowe's.

Piss poor customer service! I will never come back to this store! I was in there for 3 hours for a transaction that should had took 15 minutes! I only needed to purchase 4 items for delivery/installation and I came prepared with the item numbers to make the process that much easier! None of the staff knew how to do the transaction, Thurman, the assistant service manager was called several times and finally showed up an hour later. He left throughout the process several times leaving the employee to try to figure it out. He was unapologetic, unprofessional, and unwelcoming...damn right rude like I was the problem when he finally showed up AGAIN to fully resolve the issue two hours later. This place sucks! I thought I was being punk'd! Ashton come out already! Word of advice: hire competent individuals, this isn't rocket science! I am beyond infuriated! I will also be making a complaint to corporate! The store was completely empty as well so it's no excuse for subpar customer service!

It used to be a good store, with a competent staff. That has changed a lot in the last couple of years. They went from helpful and friendly to helpless and snarky. Now, they're just LIARS. Don' tell me something on the phone one day, make a note of it in the store and then tell me you aren't going to do it after I drive into town for what you promised. I can (and have) forgiven the rampant rudeness and incompetence, but lying is a deal-breaker. I was a pretty good customer for a lot of years, but they've lost me. I'll drive further and pay more to avoid this store, and even the brand, after my recent experience with these dishonest merchants. If they want to save a couple of bucks instead of saving a customer, I hope they spend it wisely.

Lowe's Home Improvement store believes in providing the customer with great customer service, competitive prices, and amazing product selection. This is why l'm a firm believer in brand loyalty although there are a number of other big chain home improvement stores to choose from. I've never been confused for one of those DIY type of guys who excel when it comes to home projects. On the (rare) occasion that I decide to flex my Alpha Male muscles and do a little gardening or home repair, I know that Lowe's has my back! Their team of friendly and knowledgeable folks can be counted on to guide me in the right direction. Finally, I want to single out one employee who, also like her fellow teammates, contributes to the continued success of the North Loop West location. I believe her name is Nae (I hope that I wrote her name down correctly). Thank you, Nae, for making sure that I have everything that I need and making me feel like a valued customer (thumbs up to you, Ma'am)! **The lady is hilarious.**

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. The store is just absolutely horrible. Customer service is atrocious, they let me load 600lbs of pavers by myself. Meanwhile 3 men that work here watched and stood around doing absolutely nothing. I asked them to pull a grill for me from the back, an hour later, they pull out a display model. I explained I needed one in the box so it would fit in my vehicle, and they said "well that's gonna take a few more hours". So I ordered curbside, because unfortunately you cannot get this pit anywhere else locally. I got an email 8 hours later stating it was ready. Got here and we still had to wait 45 min. If you can find someplace else to go, I would strongly recommend doing so. #shoplocal

I tried to exchange a Craftsman screwdriver that had broken. Craftsman has a lifetime warranty for their tools and Lowe's is supposed to honor the warranty. Well NOT at this location. I tried to exchange my broken Craftsman screwdriver on 2/26/23 and a manager by the name of Louis refused my request in a very rude manner. I asked what I should do get a replacement under the terms of the warranty and he said he didn't know. BEWARE: Craftsman warranty not honored at this Lowe's.

Purchased a washer/dryer combo on January 12 2023. Delivered on the 13th. Immediately started having some load balancing issues that came and went. Then today water and grease start pouring out of the bottom of the unit. We have only had this equipment a little over a month and it has completely failed. Lowes says there is nothing they can do. Called Maytag and they cannot get anyone out for three weeks. Maytag customer service suggested that I have Lowes contact their "Trade Care" department and they will work with Lowes to provide a solution. Called Lowes customer service back and they refuse to do anything. I will go back to HOME DEPOT every time now. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM LOWES unless you want to be screwed. LOWES does not care about their customers.

This location has the worst customer service department. Went in to make a purchase and had questions about using their card. They had no answer nor did they try to guide me with any information. Avoid the location at all costs unless you need to pick up an item really quick without talking to any on the inexperienced employees.
