I bought a zline stove from Lowe's. I paid for delivery and installation. When it was delivered, I was told it's commercial and they would not install. I went back and forth to Lowes. Finally I had to get a couple of friends to help me put legs on and we hooked it up. I was never reimbursed by Lowe's for installation fee.

Had bad experiences with this Lowe’s(not all Lowe’s, just this one). Customer service is terrible. Last time I went in the were painting on the floor and managed to block in an entire section of the store. Just so happened to be the section I needed. The Home Depot 2 minutes away is significantly better and I recommend going there instead.

What turned out to be a negative experience was turned around by a good employee, Austin. Needed help with cutting wood. There were employees around but they appeared to run when they saw a customer approach. Finally was able to approach Will who was nice but basically had to inform us they could not cut the size we wanted. As we were leaving, we were approached by Austin who asked if we found what we needed. When I informed him we had not and showed him what we needed, he took us to an area that had what we needed that could be cut and did so.

So disappointed! I have always shopped Lowes and had good service, however my last interaction was horrible. Over black friday/cyber weekend I ordered an #LG refrigerator to be delivered Dec 16th. It arrived damaged so I returned it and, after much ado had it re-ordered to be delivered two weeks later. just before delivery day #Lowes called to say it was never ordered but that was being corrected. Still it would be another two weeks. Again I waited and again, just before delivery day I received yet another call to say my refrigerator had not been ordered. Did I mention that my old fridge had been removed on Dec 16th preparing for the new one to arrive! This is completely unacceptable. I finally just cancelled the order since obviously they were never going to get it right and I was tired of the inconvenience of not having a fridge and being let down every time it didn't show up. Lowe's did nothing to correct the situation and a lame apology isn't enough. Not only did they waste my time and cause a huge inconvenience, this also cost me another $500 to reorder the fridge post sale (from another company of course) I doubt I will ever order another item through #Lowes as I no longer have any confidence that I will receive the item! Such a shame that a corporation that big can't do better!!

Worst return policy ever. You can practically only return an item if it’s unopened.I purchased a gas fire pit and when I got home and put it together I then realized that the igniter doesn’t work at all and you have to use a lighter to start it. Not the end of the world but for a brand new $200+ product I was expecting it to function the right way. When I called to ask how to go about returning the brand new and broken product- they said it’s a manufacturer issue and that I couldn’t do a return at all- not even for store credit. Sorry, but I don’t see why this is my issue to deal with when the product was just purchased and broken from the start. Bad bad return policy, and the unwillingness to help or offer an other solution is a joke. I will remember this the next time I need to purchase anything.

I needed to go and pick up some new top soil for succulents in particular for my Aloe plants George and Georgette.Upon the recommendation of a friendly associate, I picked up a bag of miracle grow.My lady and I had to do a lot of work on George and Georgette as they not only needed fresh soil, but George had some rot on his roots.After some anxious moments with George, he was repotted with fresh soil and is doing very well.Georgette or G2 is only a baby, having been the offspring of a dying Original Georgette, and is doing well.Great friendly customer service in the gardening area and an excellent job by the associate who helped me.

Lowe’s has so much to offer and sells so many top brands that it's likely to exceed your hardware store expectations. They should provide a little Gatorade to keep you hydrated as you walk around, because it is a HUGE store with plenty of holiday items, tools, and major appliances. There were enough employees to answer questions, but I'd prefer more of their people man the checkout lanes instead of forcing nearly every customer to use the cumbersome self-checkout machines.

This is the Lowes's location closest to my house but I do prefer their Bunker Hill location just because it looks like they are busier and move more product. Plenty of parking and located on Ella and 610 North in a pretty convenient location for the Heights and Garden Oaks area. The associates here are probably some of the most useless and non subject matter experts from all the Lowe's that I've ever been to. The hiring pool here must be abysmal because that's a good adjective to describe their staff on my multiple visits. I resorted to ordering things online and shipping it home honestly.

I tried to use my credit card to purchase gift cards. They charged me $200, then told me oh wait. You have to pay cash for gift cards. I told them I don’t want to purchase gift cards then. But I got an email notification saying that I was charged $200. I asked for a receipt as an evidence. But they told me no receipt. Two weeks later I went back for it. They told me oh we noticed that your card was charged and kept the gift cards in the manager’s office but the manager is not in today. Please come back tomorrow. I went back. They gave me my gift cards, which I was told I can’t purchase them by credit card. I got home and tried to load my gift cards. Only one of them worked. I reviewed the receipt and noticed that only one card was activated. They told me to go in again to fix it. I refused to do so. Waste of my time. Worse Lowe’s ever. I will never go to this location again.
