Despite the previous reviews, my two recent purchases have been good. My most recent being today March 10,2025, was excellent. I was worried I had no time to spare if we didn’t get the service we needed on a set time that we had to spare; needing to get hm to care for a loved one. But we were able to purchase what was needed some xtra few items within the time we had available. The employees were great we were asked numerous times if we needed help and so forth.

I came to the store on 1/5/25 at approximately 7:25 pm. The cashier at the plant section was too busy on her personal cell phone and was obviously not paying attention to what she was doing because she overcharged me for fertilizer that was on sale even after the supervisor, Tyonna, went outside for an override. In order to correct her mistake I had to go inside to customer service wait another 18 minutes for Tyonna to come and correct the mistake the cashier made. Management has to step up and correct these issues. First start off with no personal cell phones at work, employees would actually work and be attentive. Second, give the customer the ability to see what they are being charged for on the register prior to being handed their receipt and third, the customer should never have to wait more than a few minutes for a supervisor.

Waited 15 min to speak to someone in garden.... It's a special plant for a birthday gift. Not one person could answer that line they transferred me 4 times. Horrible.

Very bad experience with the cashier, without knowing me, she treated me in a very bad way and told me that just knowing me and seeing me put me in a bad mood, they should train the staff more, because one is not to blame for the problems that she or her husband has. don't satisfy her

Brought my mom to get soil & some plants. We were greeted by Maria in the Gardening dept. she was very polite & helpful. We hardly ever get such polite help from young employees but Maria gets a ☆☆☆☆☆+! Blessings for Christmas & New Year Maria! Thank You!

I shopped at this Lowe's back when they were open for 24 hours. My brother was the one who told me that Lowes always had higher quality products than Home Depot. I've been bitching at them here recently because they have fallen off in service. Rather than listen, they always give me a look like I'm crazy. Unfortunately, the crazy customer is no longer treated like the boss at Lowes. Fortunately for me, I am an English major.
I now order most things on the Internet from Home Depot and my dog loves walking a further distance to get to Harbor Freight.
In my opinion, what I think is going on at Lowes is that the people employed back in the back to watch monitors to keep people from shop lifting are now being utilized by Lowes to do black op secret agent operations for the purpose of preventing me from complaining as a customer.
