Lady with red dreads at the front is LAZY she didn't wanna help us get something bc she said she can't do that?! Well somebody else stepped in and helped thank you to that gentleman! Funny part is she was equally able to help she was just too lazy to do it.... I will post names when I go in next time :) she wouldn't even watch his area for him to help me pls pick people who actually want to work and have a job this wasn't welcoming

This store is great! I found what I needed after visiting 3 other stores. Tony from Lumber helped me even though it wasn’t his department. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and works hard. Other staff were friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars but Jett at the front needs some customer service coaching.

Lowe's offered what looked like a fun promotion. If you were a member, you could reserve a modest gift package that you could pick-up on April 4. The package consisted of a small bucket and stuffed animal. So I signed-up. The morning of April 4 comes around and my wife prints out the reservation e-mail and goes to the Lowe's store. My wife calls me saying that she was told that a bar code was required. So I did a bit of digging and texted to her the needed Member ID bar code. Done, so I thought. When my wife returned home, no gift package. She said that when the code was scanned, the person behind the counter said that a gift package had already be picked-up. Whaaa??? So no gift her.
Well, that made me mad and I almost got in my car to talk to someone at Lowe's. But then I did the math: 20 minute drive each way, plus time in the store. All for about $8 in swag. Not worth it. I do not know if this was a personnel training issue, or a technology issue, but it certainly was not a good experience at all. It will not stop us from going to this Lowe's in the future, but certainly might go somewhere else first - at least for a while. PS While writing this I noticed that in my In-Box there was an e-mail from Lowe's hoping that I enjoyed my gift - and the time stamp was about the time my wife was at that store. Ugh.

If it was possible to put 0 stars, I would put 0. Customer service is zero, I waited 45 minutes to buy glass, I needed someone to cut it to the right size. I approached the workers 8 times, each one simply said that they would send someone, but in 45 minutes of time spent, no one came up even once. Horrible place, I do not recommend anyone to go here

Bought an item for $60. Didn't use it until the weekend. Tried to return it and they have a dumb 48 hour return window. On top of that the customer service employee was very happy to walk up to the sign and point it to me like I was blind. Made the mistake of going here instead of home Depot where I always go to. No wonder this brand is declining.

Found a great deal on patio chairs. Nice merchandise here and friendly staff.

Literally just walked out. No one to mix paint. An employee walked by, asked if I’d been waiting long, and then moved on… did nothing to send someone to help or solve the problem. Useless. I’ll go to the actual SW store. Last time I came here for paint chips there was also no one working the paint area. Don’t bother.

The customer service at this store is terrible. 20+ min waiting on a Saturday morning at the paint counter - no one working and no one will step in to help. Another time, ordered pickup and they literally want to argue when I request a replacement because the box looks beat up. The service is awful.

Not being able to do something and being too lazy to do something are two different things.

This company and their local stores should be sued for enacting insane last minute return policies to protect their profits from victims of hurricane destruction! Shame on you, simply disgusting. Selling inferior products and not standing behind them.
I'll drive 500 miles further to get to Home Depot or just give my business to Bezos. Take a lesson in customer service from Amazon, Lowe's. Pathetic.

They improved the checkout lanes, and staff has improved attitudes. Nice!

Do not order wood stain through your pro account to be delivered to the job site. The fulfillment team will deliver an un-tinted neutral base. If you catch it in time you will have to go return to the store and have them tint it. If you don't catch it, your workers will stain a bunch of stuff clear and you will br left with lots of rework. I went back to the store to address the issue, and with multiple trips between the pro desk and customer service desk, there was not anyone that has the ability to do anything about the issue other than tint the base and promise to pass my concerns to a manager. I have ordered stain 2x, one from bunker hill and one from cypress rosehill. Both times it was delivered untinted. Once the paint person was found to tint the product she was very nice and took care of missing tint. She's the reason you get a second star on this one. Someone needs to look at the process for paint, stain and other products that require modification prior to delivery. These mistakes cost pros time, money, rework and lost productivity.
