Lowes I will never purchase any products or appliances for you Company never ever.The Management Team is absolutely Sorry,I purchase a Dryer there after 12 months the Dryer stop working,went to store location to speak with a member of the Management Team,too be told they are all in a Meeting. The Employee Phyllis stated I can get your information and they will call you to discuss the situation,Well 5 days later in waiting. Please consider your shopping options before you stop at Lowes on The beltway East location.

The lumber department is horrible! They will not greet you . I had to ask three times for someone to assist me with cutting some wood. It’s a shame that I usually go to Summerwood just to shop. I have never had a good experience at this location.

Awful experience today. I wasted at least one hour of my time in this store today. First, I waited on the light bulb aisle for about 30 minutes after they called someone twice. No one came to assist me. Ms. Jackie came along and took me to another aisle to pick up another item I needed. The next 30 minutes was wasted at the register on a sale item. Three people assisted in helping before the manager got it figured out. The 2 stars are for Ms. Jackie. She stayed with me the whole time and was so calm. She kept asking for assistance. She went the extra extra mile. She is very patient and kind.
