Some African guy just told me "hmm?" without looking at me when I asked where something was. I repeated it and he looked up from the tablet he was playing with and in a very thick accent said " i don't know, i am new" and went back to playing with his tablet. It's like, ok? I guess I'll just go home?

We ordered and paid for a window in August of 2024. After dozens of calls, many promises of resolution we still have a broken window in our living room on the coldest day of winter.
The level of disfunction and disregard is monumental.
Update...yet again they left me a voicemail stating the window is delayed in shipment after flat out lying that the window was in store. The worst part, they won't even refund the money (over 2k) so I can find another company. They did offer to "knock off $250 to appease me" Their words.
This is the voice message transcribed so forgive the errors..
" Hey Tony, this is Jonathan Love. I'm just calling to let you know the window will be here tomorrow, and once that window gets here and it gets installed, you want to call, talk to Felicia, and she'll knock off $210 off the off that window, OK, for appeasement and for your patience. OK, thank you, sir. You have a good day."
Leaving a copy paste message is reflective of the level of customer care they've demonstrated.
Update: now they say January 23 the window is expected to arrive at the store.
What a farce
Finally got the window installed on January 28. Nearly 3 and half months later.
About 2 or 3 days they called to see how my experience was. Obviously I didn't have a positive review. They offered $100 bucks for my troubles. I informed them about the voicemail shown above. The associate said it wasn't within his power but he's escalated the matter to a leadership or something like that. Here we are now on 6th of Feb and no resolution
The saga continues.
(Wish none of the failures on Lowes side happened because the window is perfect(fingers crossed) the contractor who installed it was great, tidy and fast)
