I stopped by this morning intending to purchase a John Deere S100 lawn tractor. There were 2 outside on display but both were filthy and had cosmetic blemishes. The store was not very busy and no employee was in the lawn & garden department so I went to Customer Service and asked for assistance. The clerk told me should would have someone come over. I waited for 10 minutes without getting any help so I walked out. This is the second consecutive time I've had this poor shopping experience at this Lowe's location. There were 3 employees in the Customer Service area with enough time to engage in extended personal conversation. Put one of them outside wiping down the display items so that a customer's first impression is not the same as mine. No more shopping here. I'll give my business to locally owned shops where they appreciate my patronage.

I mainly only shop at Lowe’s for my home improvement needs. I’ve been wanting to build some barn doors in my house for two years and finally pullled the trigger and bought the wood. The team member George helped me find the wood I needed and cut it form me. We had one issue. I gave the dimensions in feet and “George” heard me in inches. Easy mistake. I didn’t realize until I got home that the cuts were wrong. I called and spoke to the manager “Richard”who told me just bring it back. When I returned they assisted me with getting the wood and the right cuts I needed. They have no idea how much their customer service meant to me. They earned a repeat customer in me for life. Great job to Lowe’s for hiring amazing people.

Do not order anything for deliver from this store. I’ve order some items on December 21 over $400 worth of items to be delivered the following day. Lowes used a third party (flex delivery) to deliver my items. Got an email saying the items were delivered. I went outside as soon as the email was delivered but no packages were at my door. I’ve checked the picture of the delivery and it was an unrecognizable blurry picture. I’ve called six times in the past two months about my packages. I’ve put in three claims. No receipt of any claims to ensure my claim was filed. So when I call for a follow up they tell me they don’t have any claim. I will be pushing this to upper management.

I recently visited Lowe’s Home Improvement to get a copy of my office key and was thoroughly impressed by the service. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process with ease. The key copying was done swiftly and accurately. I appreciated the wide selection of products and the clean, organized store layout. Highly recommend for all home improvement needs!

I did an online order, it was supposed to be available for pickup in two days. The pickup was rescheduled for three days after the original scheduled pickup. It was then rescheduled for arrival two more days later, this delay was due to the weather in Houston. I understand the weather delay, I don't understand the initial delay.

I bought a key from here to copy ( a uncut key) and I didn't have my other key at the time that I was going to copy , so they told me I could come back and they will cut my key for me. I come back to get my key cut and this girl named Joyce had the worst customer service anything. She was rude from the get go and when I asked for my key to be cut she said that I had to buy my key right then and there , and that my uncut key can't be used. EVEN THOUGH THAT LITERALLY HAD MY SAME KEY THAT I JUST BOUGHT. This girl needs to be fired and needs classes on customer service. Awful awful person and I hope she gets fired.

I am a supervisor for the biggest restoration company internationally (Belfor) , we have spent millions with lowes since I've been here. today when me and my crew had gone to this location for supplies a Hispanic female worker confronted my workers that don't speak English well. I had told the women that they don't speak English. Too which she said that he's white and that he does. Shen then took our cart and made a scene that we were stealing. She then followed us through the store and when we were checking out she was very rude about how I was paying..... she didn't like that I had a company card.
