Alejandra is great. She’s cut my curly hair for about two years now—often fixing my DIY cuts, and it always looks great after I get home & style it. (I only want to use my products & it takes foreverrrrrr to diffuse it so I do that at home. Curly girls will understand)I highly recommend her!

Highly recommend L’Shear to go and get your hair done! Imelda has done my extensions for a few months now and I am always so happy with how my hair comes out! The service is great and it is such a fun environment! Everyone at the salon is so sweet! I genuinely enjoy getting my hair done here! So glad I was referred to them! I have gone to Madison several times over the last few years for color, highlight, and cut. I have never had a bad cut from her. Color, on the other hand, can be hit or miss. The "miss" days have always been livable, until today. I showed several pictures of what I was looking for with color. Dark brown with some caramel or red highlights. She brought over the color swatch, and we chose the second darkest brown the darkest natural shade of red for the highlight. She applied all the foils and mixed color a few times. The underside of my hair is actually dark brown with caramel highlights. The top section of my hair is comical fire engine red and some other color that I can't describe. Horrific color aside, the "highlights" are the 90's chunky ones- think Spice Girls. She kept me turned away from the mirror after washing, but she kept commenting on how she loved the color. When she turned me around to see the results, I was dumbfounded. I immediately told her that I did not like the color. She told me that I can come back in a few days to fix it if I want, but the trust is gone. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow, and I am so mortified at the (literal) clownish atrocity of my hair, that I am too embarrassed to attend. Now to try to find somebody trustworthy for color correction and pay even more money to hopefully get this to the point where I can go out in public.

Such a cute place with professional stylist. Loved the outcome of my hair! I wanted to blend my natural gray with some highlights and my stylist did a great job :)

Usually great but avoid Madison. She’s ruin my hair two times. Now I have to do a color correction because she made my hair way too dark after I just asked for some darker dimension to my blonde and I ended up a mushroom brunette all over… I have to deal with orange hair now until I can bleach my hair back to the blonde it was before. No longer coming to l’shear after being a loyal client for years and recommending others

Before i moved down here 2 yrs ago I had been going to the same hair dresser for 15 yrs. I was scared to try a new place but I found this salon and absolutely love my new hair dresser Damaris! Everyone is super friendly from the moment you walk in.

Came in to get a bad haircut fixed. Damaris was so so sweet, and was incredibly experienced. I wanted long layers and curtain bangs and she did them perfectly. She also worked very quickly.

Went here for the second time and they did a fantastic job again! Rachel got my natural brown hair bright blonde, with no damage, and it looks amazing! I highly recommend this salon!

I've been meaning to review this place but since my friend went recently and didnt like it. Here I am now. I went here after being recommended, at first the stylist (the owner) who did my hair was so humble and made conversations with me. Until she moved to a different location, where they are now. Her head got so big and her work got disappointing. It seemed as she took on alot more and couldn't handle it. She would tell me I had no style and she has no time to blow dry my hair. I was also told to buy some product that would help my hair, knowing she messed up. I always gave a great tip. But to be treated the way I was treated. I started to dislike this place. My new hair place I go to now told me that I didnt have to, it depends on the product they used on my hair. My hair was fried. But my new placed fixed their mess up. L'Shear made me feel pushed out and treated as there is no other hair place I can go. I made sure I would NOT go back here again. I'm embarrassed that i recommended my friend.

They have listed in their website a price for a hair cut, but then, after do it, the sister of the owner changed and decided to charge more. Unprofessional and unethical. On top of that, she had to re touch the hair cut a few times until looks decent, not even good at that point! I do not recommend this place. And be aware of the way she operates.
