The shop sells used alternator to consumers as new , and even they stole the original part of my car. They refused to return the original part of my car, and when I tried to communicate with them many times to solve the problem.They refused to solve these problems and even avoided seeing me.

I wish I can give them a half a star but I can’t. I don’t have no problem with the owner of this shop but theirs a guy name Victor Santana who works there. DO NOT TRUST THAT GUY!!!! My car been there for almost a month. He said the car was ready and still having the same problem

Dangerously incompetent. I would not risk even walking into this place again. The first time was expensive enough that I will be paying for this for a long time. I couldn't even sue them because no attorney would take the case because they didn't have any liability insurance. Then they lied about what they did and immediately after went to great lengths to cover it up. These people are criminals if you ask me.

Very bad service apart from the fact that he steals from you and tells you that the insurers are not going to want to pay for new car parts but he lies and charges you for them and keeps the money and only half repairs your car. And not satisfied with that, use your car for personal use. My car had a full tank and he left it empty. I realized because my car is new and I didn't want to be left with the doubt and I spoke with the insurance and they paid everything and even more. I'll collect tomorrow I'm going to talk to the insurance so that this man doesn't continue stealing from anyone else.
