Very bad service, you arrive and the woman who serves doesn't even say hello and when the tow truck takes out the car they treat it very badly and they also stole all the badges from the BMW, very bad service, terrible service.

Illegally towed my car from Wilcox Apts for parking in the designated visitors parking along the back wall for "no permit" when the apts don't even offer "permits" for visitors parking.Nothing was stolen or vandalised.Thank God.

They picked up my car twice in one week at my apartment complex! My vehicle is registered and I can’t make it to work to take care of our residents due to their negligence! This place is horrible

Instead of being called to tow the vehicle to a collision center the company towed my car to an impound lot and I was never called after 3 phone calls. Never, ever use this company!!!!
