DON'T BUY HERE! The cashier informed me that my 15% military discount was no longer honored for sale items, a new policy that went into effect this year. I went ahead and purchased the item, but then I contacted Lululemon corporate to confirm whether this was in fact a change in their policy and the response was no. I ultimately received a credit back from Lululemon corporate, but there is something fishy going on with this specific store. They are ripping off customers by giving false policies! Stay away!

not at all happy with the customer service management .. tried to return an item which showed up on my purchase history.. item had tag at the back fully intact item never worn . i was flatly refused i was purchasing an additional 300 and decided not . i clearly have spent thousands w this company .. not the way to treat repeat customers !!!! especially town and country store!

Brought limited edition leggings into the T&C store for hemming and never saw them again…I purchased the Wunder train foil leggings in Merlot (retail between $118-$138) and brought them to the T&C location to be hemmed, tags still attached. The sales associate (who fawned over the color) pinned the leggings and told me they would be available for pickup in 3-5 days. I got an email which served as the alteration receipt.I stoped in the store a few days later to see if the legging were ready - “not yet” - ok, no worries.Day 9 - I call the store to find out the status and spoke to the manager (Tyler I believe). He said he would look into it and call me back that day. No call back.Day 10 - call the store again and the manger answers. Put me on hold to “check”… came back to tell me the leggings never made it to the tailor but weren’t in the store. With a fair amount of Q&A to follow - I made it clear that I was not happy. He was convinced that a sales associate placed my leggings back on the sales floor… and they sold… with a pin in the leg marking the hem line. (That, or a sales associates took off with them). He mentioned that the situation didn’t surprise him - the store had been poorly managed and that’s why he was there. Unfortunate situation, but none of that detail was relevant to me.He offered a free pair of leggings which unfortunately still didn’t fix the issue - I couldn’t just hop online a buy another pair. Then he offered two leggings. I asked him to please issue a gift card because there was nothing I wanted from the store right then. He agreed.I asked how much I should expect the GC for. He said $112. I had to remind him that that amount would not cover the cost of two leggings. Begrudgingly, he sent a gift card for $223, which still won’t cover the cost of two leggings at $118 a piece. I was done with the conversation at this point.In addition to the sheer frustration I felt, what I didn’t understand was why he became annoyed with me. The issue stemmed from his store, with his associate(s), on his watch. His tone shifted as though I had inconvenienced him.I hope this location does better. This situation and experience are far below the company’s standards.

Dishonest & RudeI placed an online order for an item, this was the last unit of it so I placed it ASAP, when you buy online it clearly says after you buy they will secure the item. Pickup email arrives 5 minutes later saying the order was ready for pickup (This was odd but OK maybe they are THAT efficient). Next day I go to pick up the order and I was given a smaller version of the item, when I confront the cashier she says that the item was by "mistake" assigned incorrectly and as the incorrect item (the one they were giving me which was a smaller version of the item I bought) was no longer on sale, I had to pay 20 USDs more to take it.... This is probably the most dishonest justification I have been given in my life, why? The order for pickup are normally kept in a rack, mine was apparently not there and was kept in the "back" cashier comes out with the item on her hand and not in a Lululemon bag, and strangely asked "please verify it is the correct item", also when confronted she got super nervous and said that the orders were fulfilled by other people when I saw her with the bag in her hands coming from the back of the store, this was very likely a swap to keep the last item available. Anyway, I will never return to this store to be tricked, this speaks terribly of the brand as a whole, I should have read the reviews before selecting this store for delivery.

Clean fitting rooms and had a lot in stock. Staff is really nice. Came here during the Christmas rush and the line moved pretty quickly and everything was still organized.

Best lulu store I have been to. The manager Ty, along with his staff makes your experience great! I highly recommend you going if you are in need of a great shopping experience.

I'm at this location twice a week, and I'm in love. The entire staff is helpful, thoughtful, friendly, and stylish. I've never had a bad experience. Ty is so detailed, and Kim is extremely personable. The other staff are family.

If you are in the sweat collective...do not shop sale items here. They will not honor it...purchase it from the other locations or online where your discount will apply!!! I called the SC directly and they even told me it should have applied and yet I spoke directly to the manager...don't do it....she told me she would not honor it!
