Visited the Lululemon store in the Galleria and had an outstanding experience! Ricardo provided top-notch service, going above and beyond to help with hemming and trying on new styles. His expertise and attention to detail deserve 5 stars! Sam was fantastic too, assisting me in finding the perfect ABC slim fit pants and introducing me to new styles like camp collar shirts. Morgan's infectious energy made the atmosphere vibrant and enjoyable. Overall, a great team effort! Even Saul, who was cool, contributed to the positive experience. Highly recommend this store for their exceptional customer service and wide range of high-quality products.

customer service is questionable, young white lady with outrageous lip filler was very rude and treated me and my sister like we were incompetent. ruined my experience completely and then proceeded to talk about us thinking that we did not pick up what she was doing…gross and disgusting behavior

Sam was super helpful! I sent my mother to the store for an in store pickup and he went above and beyond to make sure the order was right by even allowing me to be on the phone during the holiday busyness. The selection is great at this store and Sam is an awesome representative!

Rude employee. "You are important" is only valid on the wall. Apparently customers are not.Cashier had the audacity to roll her eyes, not once but a couple of times. If "certain" people (who might not fit in Lululemon majority demographic) bother you, most probably customer service is not your best line of job.Great leggings and sports bra though. Will not go back to the new Galleria store for sure.

The cashier's attitude was notably poor, marked by a complete absence of greetings and a dismissive demeanor. What was most disheartening, however, was the apparent racist behavior directed towards my wife. This included eye-rolling and an unwarranted denial of a discount. Such behavior is not only unbecoming of a service employee but is completely unacceptable.The management should really look into this. Do not go to this location. I used to work here and they forced me to resign because I wanted to speak out on the racism that is going on. I love lululemon still but don’t go here. Go to the Highland Village or City Center instead.

The WORST location in Houston. Seriously, travel to the woodlands if you have to, to avoid this store. NAYOVAH, the “manager” has no respect for you if you disagree with her. Ignored me after I asked for the corporate number. Employees got caught in a lie and didn’t know what to say after being confronted. Save your time.

Yesterday afternoon, my friend and I experienced the worst customer service we have ever experienced from a store. I did not expect this kind of treatment from such a well-known store like lululemon. My friend was checking out at the register to buy a headband and shorts. Before she could even pay, another employee decides to interrupt and rudely ask my friend, “those shorts aren’t for you, right?” This employee phrased this in a condescending, rude manner. My friend was purchasing this as a gift for her boyfriend for their anniversary. She immediately felt scared and anxious from his approach. My friend and I are healthcare workers therefore receive a discount for it. Once my friend explained it was for her boyfriend (who is also a healthcare worker with an account with lululemon), the worker refused to give my friend a discount. My friend was scared to even walk back into the store because of this. I then walked back into the store to clarify and explain what had happened to the manager. The manager explained that their policy only allows discount for the healthcare worker purchasing it. At this point, we understood why my friend could not receive the discount, however this does not excuse the disrespectful customer service my friend was given. She is now scared to even walk into this store because of it. To make matters worse, after I spoke with the manager, she “apologized” and stated she would talk to the worker who mistreated her. After this, I returned the purchase and walked towards the exit of the store. I then turned around before I left and witnessed the manager and the rude coworker laughing with each other about the situation. This is incredibly unprofessional. I will not ever be going to this location. The city centre and cypress locations have the nicest staff and so I will be going there instead now. I cannot believe something like this happened at such a prestigious store. I am very disappointed to say the least.

The store was not in its original location and I called to ask where it had moved to and no one answered. The automated message says nothing about the location moving. When I actually found the new store, no one offered to help me. I am 6 months pregnant and was carrying a pile of clothes. Once in the fitting room, no one checked on me. The store associates were chatting with each other right outside. This was in the middle of a week day and the store was not crowded. The new store is much bigger and nicer, but the employees are very lazy.
