Not the nicest experience when the employee immediately shows me where the sale rack is the second I enter the store. Even worse because he didn’t do the same when a family came in afterward.

I had an exceptional experience at Lululemon thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jamal, the manager. Every time I visit the store, Jamal goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are taken care of and leave with a smile. His knowledge of the products and ability to offer personalized recommendations is impressive, making shopping both efficient and enjoyable.
In addition to Jamal’s exceptional service, Matt was very pleasant and eager to help as well. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made my visit even more enjoyable. Together, Jamal and Matt create a welcoming and positive atmosphere that truly enhances the shopping experience.

I gave this a one star cause im pretty upset at online ordering i order online about 95% of the time and it upsetting that as much i spend at this store that you cant give us the same bag that you get when making a purchase in store like really ! Do better lulu

I’ve been a long time lululemon customer and this was by far the best shopping experience I’ve had from any store location. Lauren was so helpful in finding me pieces that were tailored to my needs and would even get me sizes if what I picked up wasn’t fitting correctly. All of the staff was so friendly and I will definitely be coming back to shop here when I am in need of some new lulu pieces!

The brand is great, but it's this store that is lacking. The store has limited inventroy, as it is small, and has only 1 register so line moves slow always. And while Lulu staff is typically friendly and helpful, that is not true as consistently here as other stores. If you want to get your Lulu fix, you should look elsewhere.

first time at lululemon and the ladies at this store were absolutely amazing! I went in to figure out my sizing and everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn’t try to sell me more than what I was looking for, they simply asked what i was looking for and made the appropriate suggestions. Overall a great experience, will definitely be back in the future!

Loved going here. First time going to lululemon. The concept of the store being in a house is kind of funny but the customer service was great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. A bit cramped up but not many people so it’s very nice.

Had a terrible experience at Lululemon. Cashier was rude, speaking Chinese with a customer while the line was long. Staff overall lacked manners, were unhelpful, and seemed clueless. Opt for Alo, a more ethical and superior alternative. Lululemon is unquestionably an unethical company.
