My favorite location in the state! I usually get excellent customer service at any location, but they go above and beyond here! Everyone I have ever interacted with at this location has been knowledgeable, helpful, and generally wonderful to be around. Even if I have had a terrible day before coming into the store, I always leave in a fantastic mood because of the incredibly sweet staff!

Natalie was amazing! I have loved lush for so so long and always have a great experience, but this one was by far one of the best ones I've had!! Loved connecting!! The Halloween collection is adorable :)

I went here today to check out their Barbie Collection. Their workers are so nice and sweet! Very informative and knowledgeable. She even offered me samples to try. I will definitely come back here again! Thanks, ladies!!

My husband picked up my order about a week ago and there was an issue with them giving me a smaller size of the body wash I had ordered. We had to go back to the store to make an exchange. While I appreciate the exchange, it was disappointing that nothing was offered in return for their mistake, such as a sample or anything at all. It’s not the most convenient location for us to get to, and I feel that aspect of customer service could have been better. Although I’m not too surprised, since the Memorial City location seems to be a lot more generous with their samples overall.

I stopped by lush for a quick lip balm and i received some of the best service I’ve ever had from Indigo! They were extremely knowledgeable , kind, and patient as i described my needs and she found the perfect products to help me. Hire more employees like Indigo and I’ll be back to this location for all my skincare needs !

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife had never been there and asked Tamera for help with suggestions for a face mask and we walked out of there with so much more because of how much we loved the product and customer service! Katie and Bridget were so sweet as well and helped finish up our experience amazingly! Tamera went above and beyond and we will definitely drive across town to come to this location because of our amazing experience!
