Every time I go into this store I receive nothing but the best service hands down. Today in particular I came in and the woman with all the pins always gives me exceptional service but this time she went above and beyond for me. She took time to talk to me and my daughters and answered all out questions while even joking around with them. This location is the only place I will ever go for my Lush Products and the service here is why. I am editing my review because I wanted to give a shout out to Sam and Jess for being amazing and so inviting!!!

Ah, Lush! The lovely smell lures you in and the awesome service keeps you coming back. I know it’s easier to buy online and have it shipped to your home but it’s definitely worth coming to the store to experience the products first hand. Shout out to Valerie and Samantha for helping with the choices.

I went in this evening and, as always at LUSH, was greeted warmly. That being said, today was exceptional from the two lovely women working in the store. They were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and overall just fantastic. I think it’s important to say customer service hasn’t been the same since covid, but these two employees restored my faith. I don’t even live in the area, but I will gladly drive over an hour from home just to get this level of customer care again. 10/10

Love this Lush location! Customer service and knowledge of products is the best by far. I’ve been to a few locations in the Houston area and this one is my favorite. You can tell the workers love their job and don’t mind helping. The store is super clean and easy to navigate as well!

1st time visiting and was not disappointed. The store smelled amazing, the staff super friendly and engaging. There are so many items to choose from. Bath bombs, soaps, face masks etc. Products are all natural. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to check out.

My first interaction with Lush Willowbrook was awesome! Laurie, an assistant helped find the product I was looking for! Bar shampoo and conditioner! Great products and will definitely buy again and again! Overall great experience!

Samantha was beyond helpful and so sweet & lovely towards my mom, my sister & I! She was extremely patient and offered us many scents till we found one we liked. It was our first time shopping at Lush and we will for sure be back for more!!

Just had the BEST experience hands down, it was my daughter’s first time here ever, Jessica was warm and welcoming I loved her energy, she was informative and helpful to guiding you to what you want! She even let my daughter test some products 10/10 recommend coming and seeing Jessica!!! Also Val was very sweet as well and hands on she helped my daughter as well and let her know that she could touch and smell the products, they definitely knew what they’re doing hiring the people who work there!! Jessica needs to be a manager if she isn’t already!!! Will forsure be back soon!!!
