Natasha, Liz, Destiny, Ryan, and Chio helped me get products for my oily skin so I can rebuild my routine with clean beauty products. They also helped me and boyfriend get a gift for his friend when we came in, she turned 30, I love the bath melts so they helped me choose a bath melt for her. I want to leave them a shoutout with Lush cares but I can’t find the link.

Had a great experience at Lush yesterday. Natasha was super helpful, patient with me as it was my first time into the store. She listened to what I was looking for and offered gift options without being overbearing. Wrapped up my holiday shopping. Would definitely recommend this store and Natasha for all your holiday gift needs

I had a great experience. I was fired today. I decide to walk the mall (memorial) as I walked around, a smell attracted me. Lush Fresh, I went in and Sal took care of me. Made me feel great, spoke to me in a professional way. Asked me questions on what I desired, catered to my needs. She made me feel so ok. Thank you very much. Location was soothing, smelled awesome. They were all very attentive but Sal takes the crown. Thank you.

Natasha was amazing! She asked thoughtful questions to recommend products based on our hair type, scent preferences, and any potential allergies. She was very attentive and even gave us small to-go samples for other products we were interested in— which was a lovely surprise, as I’ve never been offered them during previous visits to Lush.

Manager is rude. The employees are clueless with what they’re selling. The gentleman with long hair, and glasses acts like a mean girl. basically talking behind our backs with some tattooed chick. Horrible judgmental group of people.

I stopped in briefly to buy my girlfriend some cosmetics as a gift while I was visiting town a few weeks ago. Being uneducated I had no idea what I was doing but Shauna was quite helpful and patient and helped me pick something out for her that she loved. Great place, highly recommend!

The manager on duty, Shauna, was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I can't generally tell a bath bomb from an actual one, so having her patient assistance while searching for some gifts for my girlfriend was a huge help.
Nice energy in the store, too. Smells like an apothecary.

Edit: turns out it WAS the manager who was unkind. I spoke with her on the phone and she apologized. Hopefully she also encourages her team in the future, to pass the phone over to the manager. And allow them to do their job. But the apology was absolutely appreciated and accepted and all I wanted. Will not return, and am not interested in receiving anything. The response to “keep the conversation going” from the response is also NOT helpful as clearly I called multiple times.
Walked in and was greeted! However when the lady asked "how are you doing," I responded with "good" clearly she didn't hear me, or this wasn't a good enough response for her because following this she loudly, sarcastically, and passive aggressively stated "IM DOING GOOD- IM GREAT THANK YOU VERY MUCH."
When I left, and told her I hope she have a very lovely day, and called requesting a manager. Joseph refused to allow me to talk with a manager, he witnessed it, and confirmed he witnessed it, even saying "it was a misunderstanding maybe she didn't hear you." Yeah okay. I called TWICE. Each time to speak to a manager, instead of allowing me to speak to who was in charge he kept interrupting me asking "do you need anything," "what are you trying to find. Were sold out of a lot of stuff."
This is incredibly inappropriate, and simply not how to provide service. Sometimes people will not greet you back to your satisfaction, I am there to purchase a service not make friends with you. This store clearly employs people who do not care to provide decent service, or have the ability to adapt to various customers.

Great staff, great service. Always feel welcome. Suggest the Kalamazoo for any guy looking for a good face and beard wash, like nothing I have used before. Knowledgeable staff with great attitudes. Always feels like a day in when when I browse the store. Definitely should go in for a visit when looking for gifts for you friends, family or loved ones, they always have an excellent selection.

I always have a great experience at the LUSH store in Memorial City! The staff is consistently respectful, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Absolutely love this new location and highly recommend it.
