She helped me pick out the best product for my watery eyes!
Also she was so attentive and really took the time to figure out stuff.
Now I’m sold for life ! Will always buy this eyeliner !

Hannah was amazing today. I needed help with eye shadow today. She gracefully walked me through a color pallet I was comfortable with along with showing me how to apply my new colors. Wonderful experience!

At Bush Airport Mac store-
My expensive powder broke a couple of days after buying it. They refused to exchange it, and had an attitude.
THEY REFUSE TO STANDBY THEIR PRODUCTS.
I also had a lip pencil break in half long ways.
My pencil would not sharpen. They did nothing.

I wish I could give negative stars. This was absolutely terrible. My sister and I were walking around the shop whilst the cashier was on her phone and not even looking at us. My sister needed a concealer and when she asked for help, the worker claimed they didn’t have any full coverage concealer (yet there was an entire selection of 24 hour full coverage products). The cashier/worker didn’t bother trying to help us. I was appalled by her attitude, lack of respect and ZERO customer service. We all have bad days, but I can’t condone her level of disrespect and carelessness. She shouldn’t have been on her phone, closed off and rude to customers. This was July 7th at around 3:30pm.

I went in there today , July 1,2024 around 9am, to buy two lipglass. It was after my flight landed in terminal C. The cashier was helping another customer. There was only one in the store. She just looked at me. Then another customer came in, and older Caucasian lady. The cashier spoke said good morning ti the lady. I looked at the cashier like , “really?” How come she didn’t speak to me like that. Same scenario. When the cashier was done with the first patron, she came up to me and said “what do you need”. Again I was shocked but I proceeded to tell her I needed Dreamy and Boy Bait. She said in a nasty tone that we don’t carry Boy Bait in the airport. I said ok. She started to get Dreamy and I told her that was ok , I needed both at the same time. She rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to the Caucasian customer with a smile. The details is , I’m an African American lady. I felt disrespected and profiled. And lastly treated horribly because of my race. Why do we still have people work in customer service with an attitude of hatred? MAC please do something about this. You can’t be serious. This is 2024. This is completely unacceptable.

Fraudulent and Unacceptable Service at Mac Store, Houston Airport!Outraged by the service at the Mac Store in Houston Airport! The salesperson charged me and shamelessly failed to include all the items in my order. They blatantly take advantage of hurried travelers, preventing any chance of complaints. An absolute disgrace and disrespectful!

Clearly this woman didn't want my business. When I passed the store, I saw she was helping someone, so I grabbed something to eat and went back. When I walked in she was behind the counter standing in front of the register, so I walked up to the counter. She was looking at something, so I gave her a few mins before asking for help. I stood there for at least 3 to 5 mins and she never looked up or acknowledged me. I was close enough to touch her, so she knew I was there. I felt she was being rude, and I don't spend money where I'm not wanted. I just walked out. I won't be back that's for sure.

Brittany is absolutely ? ? amazing. Great personality. Beautiful smile upon greeting. Excellent hospitality skills. Very knowledgeable. Had an answer for every question asked. For example I wasn't sure what matte was in comparison to A non matte look and she was very professional while answering. I was at the airport for 2 days with 4 canceled flights. I had never been to A Macs b4. So, getting to try on makeup ? with all the available samples was so much fun. And helped me pass some time. I would definitely recommend these products. From the face primer, to full coverage foundation, to setting spray. I used the bronzer and blush as well. Plus, the lipstick literally stayed on until the next day. I showered and had to still clean it off after that. Thanks Mac for your excellent product and hospitality.
