I walked in last minute for makeup services and was quickly accommodated by Beasely. He was amazing and made sure I was satisfied with my look and made changes with anything I was unhappy with. He truly went beyond and considering it was his first day, he did a marvelous job. I would come again just for his services.

Awful customer service. And unfortunately I’ve been to this location a couple times and it was the same way both times. It’d be different if I were a needy customer, I knew exactly what I wanted and even picked it up myself. It’s like my existence bothered her. She could barely be bothered to speak or otherwise interact.
I left and found a suitable replacement at Sephora unfortunately. Mac won’t get any more of my money at that store.

Just felt completely ignored by one of their staff there. And she was too happy and too busy helping with another client who came after me and pretty much told me to help myself out with a cold straight face. Hard to not link it with racist.

Lorenzo was amazing! He was so very helpful! I came across him applying some makeup. He looked so flawless and beautiful! I had to know which product he was using! He helped me find my shade, was very thorough, and was super patient. My mom also got a bottle of the cc cream. 😊 10/10. If you go there, absolutely ask for Lorenzo!

Scheduled an eye and lip demo Friday. Sunday 2 hours before my appt I received a text that my appt was cancelled. I called and spoke with May or Meg wasn’t clear. Anyway she proceeded to tell me that the demo was for $125 fee. I advised it was a demo and not a full application which is $125. She told me the demo only includes help picking out shades and colors and if there’s times maybe the demo could be applied on one of my eyes and that I had to spend $125 on products still for the demo either way. She was dead set on trying to make me spend $125. I have no problem buying products I do all the time anyway without a service and also had no problem paying $125 for the makeup application. The problem is that she cancelled me and then tried to force me into paying something that was not previously stated. Terrible communication! This was literally not what was explained to me. I have done a demo before and was not charged for the demo but rather whatever product I picked out.

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst MAC location thus far & what a joke! Everyone there is a joke. Snooty attitudes and terrible customer service. Fire everyone there immediately!

I visited this store today and never have I ever been to a Mac store with such unorganized workers. No one greeted me, a worker looked right at me and went to the customer that came in behind me. Not one person helped me, I left and went and got what I needed from Sephora.
