Ace Hardware Clear Lake is my go to store because I can always find what I need. I prefer this store over stores like The Home Depot or Lowe’s, simply for its smaller “neighborhood” feel and excellent customer service and, well, I just like this store.

While the service is wonderful, I have a complaint about the bathroom. It has smelled of marijuana sometimes when I’ve gone in. I don’t know if it’s other customers or what, but at least there’s a can of air freshener sometimes

Terrible. The associate was so slow and rude not caring about my time. I waited for 30 plus minutes to hear they didn't have what I needed! Just didn't care. I have never given a bad review but this was that bad! Probably pay yelp to get rid of bad reviews that's how it works!!!!
