“Flawlessy smooth process from start to finish. They provided me a quote over the phone when I first reached out, and I was able to schedule them to come measure the day after I closed on my home so we could get the ball rolling quickly. Cesar was very low pressure. He made a few suggestions, some I accepted and others I did not. He listened to what I wanted, and we ironed out a plan that would work. Installation crew showed up on time and got right to work. Props to the guys for working around my dogs, too. I had workers outside the home at the same time and could not put my dogs outside, so they were tethered to me on their leashes. One is very reactive and dislikes strangers. The installation crew was great about giving a verbal heads up if they were going to pass through the room giving me a chance to redirect my reactive dog. By the time the installation was done, my dogs couldn't have cared less about their presence. The crew cleaned up after themselves. The door looks fantastic, and I can't wait to enjoy it.”

No minimum purchase, no account application needed, no BS. Bolts haven’t changed since the sixties, but the level of knowledge, service, attention to detail, and selection sure has changed. (And not in a good way) Love the look and feel of this place. Calm, cool, very organized and a true blast from the past. Definitely worth the drive from anywhere and will be my first stop in the future.”

I ran across the manager, Cole, and told him I would need help getting the item off the shelf and loaded. (Recovering from being "under the weather"!). He said no problem and got me the help I needed. The store was busy, but Cole's team kept the line moving!!! Nick was the young man who checked me out, very personable and helpful with loading my car. I only had to pull up close to the door. This visit was most definitely an A-1 visit!!!??”

“Dang. I find it a rare occurrence when I can just go to a place and get the hardware I need the same day… and I buy some uncommon hardware. Most of the time at Grainger and Fastenal I get told the items I want will take about 3-5 days to arrive. If I’m lucky, I can pick up maybe 1/5 of my order today and wait for the rest to arrive. Not today. Thanks to The Nut Place. I order only metric (get with the program) and the Nut Place had exactly what I needed: bolts, locking nuts and washers, all 8.8 steel, all zinc coated. No mixing and matching. No “half your order is in metric and the other half we’ll have to do imperial”. None of the “bolts are galvanized nuts and washers are zinc coated”. Just exactly what I wanted. No compromise. Company card so I can’t speak to the price and how it compares to others but when the others can’t deliver, the cost of convenience is worth every penny. Bottom line: this place COULD have the worst customer service and I’d still give them 5 stars because they do what other industrial supply companies WISH they could do. Take note, Grainer and Fastenal. Ps. please expand from Texas, the rest of the country needs you.”

“😊 Great experience at this Harbor Freight! For some reason, my GPS routed me to this location even though it’s about 20 minutes farther than the Harbor Freight closest to me, but I’m glad it did. The customer service here was excellent! I worked with Mike, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up signing up for an Inside Track Club membership again. This is my second time having a membership with Harbor Freight, and with the amount of great inventory and deals they offer, I decided it was worth joining again. I’ve been shopping at Harbor Freight for about 10 years, and aside from the excellent customer service I’ve experienced at some locations in Virginia, this was easily one of my best experiences. I’ve visited several Harbor Freight locations in Texas, and unfortunately, the customer service hasn’t always been great. This location was completely different. The store was clean, organized, and well-stocked. The employees were friendly, the product knowledge was excellent, and I received plenty of help without ever feeling pressured. Mike definitely helped make this a five-star experience. I’ll gladly drive past the Harbor Freight closest to me and come back to this location instead. Another bonus is that it’s conveniently located near plenty of other stores, so you can knock out several errands while you’re in the area. Great store, great inventory, and outstanding customer service. Definitely a great find. I’ll be back!”
