Dropped my 2015 Cadillac ATS off to get passenger rear bumper damages repaired. First of all , there was a misunderstanding about the repairs , unclear as to what I assumed to be the repairs that i was having done but my car was damaged. In front drivers side at front wheel while it was in macco care on there property an now I am have suspension issues with my car pulling to one side when moving found that the driver side front strut is bent after i had them replaced not even a year ago an no issues when i dropped it off can get no help no is responding to me no answer they are not considering me inconvenience so i will see you all in court an now i want a refund. For horrible service an other damages an suffering. Please if any of you take your vehicles there be careful they are crooks!!!!!

Well I had a bumper replaced at a location on the south side. I purchased a bumper after market. They installed it and everything lookd great. They did an awesome job. But 6 to 8 months later the park assist camera came out of place on my bumper that they installed. I called them back to ask if I could being my car In and if they would reposition my camera sensors in my bumper that lodged lose. They told me they would have to charge me again to remove my bumper to reposition the park assist cameras on a bumper thst they installed for me. How insulting. I will never do busy with them again. Highly u professional.
So I went to one of their sister location. They charged me over $200 to lower my bumper to reattached the park assist cameras on my car. The job took them less than 30 min which told me they didnt have to take the bumper off so 2 different locations both bullshitted me just for a profit. So I will never bring my business back to maaco or refer any of my colleagues to do business there. I was highly offended that the initial location would not honor the previous work they did and the new location over charges me for a simple repair. Terrible experience and I won't be back there ever again.

I got an awesome paint job on my car. My car looks brand new! Also, I had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My service only took 4 days, so I was able to pick up my cay within the week.

I brought my 2004 ford f250 to Maaco located at the houston Old Spanish trail location. The sales representative Kim was very helpful, she did a walkthrough and gave me an estimate in detail writing on my truck. It was understood what I wanted repaired and what it didn’t care to repair on a 21 year old truck. I the cost savings using Maaco vs other body repair and paint business was at least $5,000.00 in savings. The end result was to my satisfaction, I didn’t expect a show quality job, but the quality was good enough and it brought life to an old reliable work truck.

I visited the OST location twice within two months (truck and bed cover paint job). Each time, the sales associate was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The paint job each time was very well done, Thanks for the high-quality work and service.

I took my 2007 Ford f 150 lariat to Maaco where I was greeted professionally by Mrs Kim, she was extremely knowledgeable about what i specifically needed and color selection, we agreed on what i would consider a very generous and fair price, the work was completed in a timely manner, work exceeded my expectations, would definitely recommend anyone and everyone who may be in need of Maaco service, you will not be disappointed.
