When I entered, my car was a wrecked. I was involved with a hit and run and Kevin took care of me right away! This was definitely within my budget compared to other body shops. I’m shocked at how fast and reliable they are compared to any other body shop as they finished the work on my car in 2 DAYS! I would 100% recommend Maaco to anyone who needs any assistance for their car. Sophia was amazing as well! She took care of me in fast, timely manner and she was super nice. I felt relieved that I found my new home for anything that happens to my car. 100/10 SERVICE!!!! 🔥🙌🏽💯

Car was damaged at this Maaco repair shop on Bellaire Blvd. Shop clerk insisted that she saw the damage before drop-off and that she recorded the damage in her photos taken at the dealership. Subsequent inspection showed NO damage! Still insisting that they did not cause the damage. After calling my lawyer, Maaco buffered and used touch up paint. I was told to pay for paint job if I want it fixed properly. Then was charged an additional 3% for credit card payment. Avoid this repair shop at all cost. Dishonest and deceptive!

These guys are just great. Quick and easy, friendly service and fantastic result. Kevin will take great care of you. Highly recommend. And I’m a repeat customer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a paint job.
