Dj the makeup artist is rude and should be reprimanded, he was giving a mean girl stare look. You need to retrain some of these workers. He didn’t do my makeup right, more like a teenager did it. He is not in high school anymore. Do better… the lady manager didn’t do anything, they must be friends….

Shania and DJ at MAC were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Shania took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave helpful, personalized recommendations, while DJ amazed me with his ability to look at someone and instantly know exactly what powder or foundation would be perfect — he did this for my mom, and it was spot-on! They both went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and happy with our choices. Exceptional service and a great team — I’ll definitely be coming back to see them! 🌟

Thank you for your great, great service and customer care in the MAC Cosmetics store. The make up products are amaaaazing!!! love, love ❤️ it! They treat me with extra careful care. In body, mind, and spirit, there is help in self-care. May we give back in supporting a comedogenic product which is cruelty-free to animals, and is safe for the environment. Lots of color choices, and quiet ambience lets your imagination reign, in your skincare, in your palette, in your charming way. An appointment is helpful! Butterflies when I go in the store. I find the website good research material. Thanks, MAC! and its makeup artist team!!

I don't know that I've ever been in a MAC store before. But I entered this location with not so much as one employee greeting me. One associate was applying makeup, one associate was sitting down on her phone, and the 3rd associate was helping a customer. I walked around with someone with me.. Looking lost . Because I needed guidance. Another customer entered and an associate asked her if she needed help. I left due to not being serviced and we went to Saphora where I quickly spent money. The irony is it was packed liked ants in Saphora but shortly upon entering an associate assisted me. When MAC only had maybe 3 customers.

Horrible customer service!!! Years ago, I used to go the Galleria MAC store on a regular basis but they no longer provide the great experience and excellent customer service I was used to. Their makeup skills aren’t as good either. I totally understand why the store has very few customers and can function with one employee on the sales floor.

As a loyal NC Studio Tech user, I recently decided to switch to MAC’s serum powered foundation and ventured into this store with high hopes. However, my first experience with their new line was anything but satisfactory.Upon entering the store, I found only one associate working the floor. Despite my obvious need for assistance, she was engrossed in applying makeup for another customer, leaving me feeling neglected and overlooked.Throughout my visit, I had to continuously interrupt her to ask for help, which made me feel like a burden rather than a valued customer. Moreover, I endured a nearly unbearable wait of almost 10 minutes at the checkout counter, as the same associate prioritized finishing up with the other client’s makeup. I was the only other customer in the store!This lack of attention to store patrons and the prolonged checkout process left me thoroughly dissatisfied. In hindsight, I regret not opting for the Rice University location, where I might have received the service and attention I deserved.Overall, this experience was the epitome of disappointment, and it has certainly tainted my perception of MAC Cosmetics at the Galleria location.

Prob the first customer they had today. And I was disrespected, possibly because I’m black, she kept asking me what do I mean, asked about the brush, the sales woman asked, what do I mean brush, what do I mean if they are clean… what do I mean I mean I’m wearing sunscreen. I walked out and left and cleaning off the mess she put on my face. And no, she wasn’t black.
