The worst experience ever. I usually love Mac and their products.Honestly this guy is beyond horrific.His name is Ismail- no customer service, rude, unprofessional, extremely arrogant, unkind, miserable, and just a very unhappy individual!!!! What is he even there for??? He needs to work in a library or elsewhere where interpersonal skills aren’t required far away from people. Needless to mention that he was not only RUDE, but the way he talked to me…. Omg….. was despicable!!!I will pray for him though. He looks like he has demons. He needs deliverance!!!!Please get him out from the Mac store.

I have never seen such a messy MAC store like this one! The girl sat on a chair behind the register the whole time. There were 2 of us in the store.I only purchased the eyeliner because I was traveling and it was convenient. This store does not meet MAC standards in any way shape or form!

I was excited to see this store at the airport and even more surprised that the store itself is a pretty decent size I walked in with a specific item in mind, when I asked for the item the employee immediately shut me down, said it was not in stock. She did not offer another item that was similar, she did not even bother to get up from the chair she was sitting on to even try and look productive. Store itself seemed clean and well organized Customer service could have been better

Please stop acting demeaning to customers. This one said “I’m not a dermatologist” when I approached her, I asked for primer, explaining I either get the blue or yellow dot type. I explained I didn’t have makeup on at the time- I don’t know my skin type maybe I’m combo- could she tell? This counts my 12th visit to Mac, I go here when I visit airports to pick up replacement products or need advice on new items. MAC makeup is usually very helpful as I’m not a makeup expert. Bad vibes from MAC today, and no products purchased. My typical bill is at least $100-150.

Hello Ms. LaCourWhen you walked into the store, I greeted you and asked if I could help. You proceeded to tell me you needed a face primer. I asked if you knew your skin type. Was it: oily, combo, dry, dehydrated or normal to narrow in on the best option we may have here at our location. You asked if I could tell and I honestly said no. You did mention that you’ve used the Natural Radiance primer before and in response I said it’s main benefit was for all day hydration which is good for dry skin if you feel that your skin is dry. That’s when you said “I don’t know, you’re the expert.” You were pretty adamant with me determining your skin type after I explained to you what your possible skin type could be and in response I simply said I wasn’t a dermatologist and then you walked out. Sorry if you took my response as being “demeaning” and sorry if the service provided didn’t exceed your level of expectations. Be blessed.

Extremely rude sales person. Seemed bothered to have to grab the items I asked for. Refused to assist with anything at all. Unnecessary to be a nasty person if you are in a sales position. 5/31/21 at 130 pm

I was overcharged on 2 June by $26 and following 8 lots of correspondence with the Hudson Group the matter is still not resolved. Simply not good enough. Terrible customer service. Will be escalating to Hudson Group & MAC management.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Two employees there and I'm the only customer. No one wanted to help me. One employee cleaned off one lipstick for me then walked away. Finally when I asked the other employee if they were open she actually acknowledged me. I asked if I could try this other lipstick. She actually went and got the disinfectant and handed it to me. I looked at her like are you for real. I said is this self service. She proceeded to explain to me how to do it themselves because they were doing inventory and were short staffed. No one else was in the store but me. Sad...very sad.
