This store is the mecca of Houston sport teams,found a crazy altuve jersey with the screen copy signature. Never seen that jersey ,great customer service as well.

Customer service by far the worst I've experienced in any store. Female employee ignored me the whole time and barely bothered to make eye contact or speak at checkout. Only reason I went back in was because I couldn't find the item online.

Poor customer service. I had spend thousands of dollars in this store . Im not coming back to this store no more. They did a poor job on a Houston Astros jersey Verlander 35 replica last week . They were giving attitude acting like is was nothing wrong with it . I even tooked pictures of the Jersey .It sucks for a place like this .

worst place to buy jersey, i asked for a L but got given an XL . i double checked after i paid for it, so they give a another jersey in L, come to find out when i come home the FEMALE worker gave me a M. i called to tell them of their mistake and the women tried shifting the blame on me saying i should have checked, and i told her all i wanted was an apology, which she didn't want to give. i asked for her manager she said she was the manager then i asked for her name which she didnt want to give. this place will only give you shocking experience now im forced to wear a MEDIUM. and she didnt let me trade it.PLEASE BE CAREFUL and watch out FOR THE FEMALE WORKER THEIR IS ONLY ONE SHE IS A LATINO, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR SUCH SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place is way too expensive for what she get . It's a hat after all I don't see the point in paying an arm and a leg for a hat. Especially a hat that I threw get anywhere else for half the price. Or twice the price considering that I am much every store in the maus expensive.
