Absolutely horrible experience upstairs and downstairs in fragrance sections. Upstairs is department store hell when shopping for fragrance. You spray one on a tester and immediately 4 salespeople will approach asking if you need help as a veiled attempt to immediately push a product on you without even asking what youre looking for. This is insanely annoying people should be allowed to test freely you can watch and make sure nobody is stealing but the predatory salespeople ruin the whole experience. Downstairs the workers are incompetent i asked one worker for a “Vanilla forward fragrance” I tell him im not interested in JPG or One million and without question he brings me to the Tom Ford table. Without explaining anything to the young lady behind the counter he just led me there and then walked away for no reason. This was extremely odd and I just left the store after this… absolutely horrible customer service if the workers not nice they're a complete stuck up person theres no inbetween.

My return today was the most wonderful experience. I purchased a pair of Skechers, which didn’t fit well. So you can imagine my level of anxiety in having to keep a pair of ill fitting sandals, if my return wasn’t accepted! I attempted to return this at Finishline, and for some obscure reason my order couldn’t be found. I then went over to AYS and Maricella assisted me. Once again, the order couldn’t be found. After collaborating with another colleague, and making the extra effort to figure out what the problem was, my return was completed. Thank you!

We bought my husband some dress clothes (on 2 different occasions). Both times the associate Ray helped us pick out some excellent choices! He also mentioned the Backstage area which had some "great finds". We had exceptional service from Ray and appreciated all his help!
