Had a great experience. Drove by the dealership and noticed a motorcycle out front that was just what I wanted. Made a phone call and spoke with Bryce. He immediately started the process and made it happen! A couple days later we were riding off the lot on the motorcycle. The service from Bryce was incredible, would recommend him as anyone’s sales guy. The sales manager was a true pleasure to deal with as well and took great care of us. The finance manager is also very proficient at his job and a pleasure to deal with. All in all this dealership truly impressed me. If you’re in the area i 100% recommend this place. Thank yall once again, was a pleasure working with you all.

My buying experience was excellent. My service experience however, was very disappointing.
My Livewire randomly died only a few days after purchase so I contacted the dealer for help. They routed a tow truck to my location very quickly and I was told they would work with the manufacturer to figure out what happened. Jordan was very communicative and kept me posted with regular updates on the repair status over the course of the next several days. During this time, I was contact by Rebecca who notified me my plates had arrived.
After a few weeks, I stopped receiving updates. I figured they were likely getting very busy as the riding season had just started so I didn't pay it any mind. After about a month, I called and again spoke with Jordan who told me they had finished the repair about a week ago and the bike was ready for me to pick up. He offered to arrange the bike to be delivered to my home but I declined, stating I would prefer to pick up the bike myself once I return from out of town. He agreed and stated the shop was starting to fill up with bikes as customers brought them in for service so he would let me know if space became an issue.
Yesterday, I called and once again spoke with Jordan. I told him I had returned from out of town and I would like to pick up the bike today. I asked him to please ensure the bike is charged and that my new plates were installed prior to my arrival. He thanked me for the heads up and ensured this would be done. Sadly, this was not the case.
My flight was delayed several hours that day so I arrived at the dealership about half an hour before close. The bike was only 50% charged, the temporary plates were still on, AND THE BIKE WAS DIRTY! There was a layer of dust on it and visible fingerprint smudges on the exterior. Are you telling me you could not take a minute with a microfiber cloth and wipe down a motorcycle before a customer picks it up? Disappointing.
This is a shame as this is the nearest Livewire dealership for me. The next nearest one is almost 40 miles away and, given this supbar service, I'm considering making that long ride from now on. C'mon folks. You can do better.

Knocking down the review to 2 stars. Either I'm blacklisted from this place or the folks who work here don't know how to return calls.
I saw the reply to my initial review and called, asking to speak to the GM. I was told he was busy and would call me back. I'm still waiting for that return call.
I later had another recall notice for my bike and since this place is the nearest of only two authorized Livewire service centers near me, I decided to give them another chance. I called to schedule service and leave a message. Unsurprisingly, this call is also never returned.
I ended up going to a competitor that was a much further distance away from me and they did a fantastic job.
The only thing saving this review from falling to 1 star is the fact that the initial buying experience was good.

First of all the 2022 Pan America I bought from Mancuso Central exceeds all my expectations. What I didn’t expect was how amazing of an experience Mancuso central made in my finding and purchasing this motorcycle. These guys and gals at central treat each other like family and customers are included. It was remarkable. I was treated like I came in to buy the newest most expensive model yet I was just buying preowned. I have wanted a bike like this for years and Mancuso Central made it a unexpectedly awesome day. I will say I’m twice the Harley fan now.

The process of getting this bike was seamless and honestly, fun. The team at Mancuso really hooked me up adding every deal possible while also ensuring I was readily equipped to hit the road on my new bike. If you are one of those people who has a stigma about salespeople, leave that at home when you come to Mancuso Crossroads. These guys aren’t out to get you, they genuinely care about motorbikes and won’t BS you. Highly recommend you get your new bike here!

First off, I want to thank the staff and Mr. Salsa for taking care of me in a timely fashion. Traveling from New Orleans to Houston, I punctured my rear tire, 45 minutes before making it to Houston. My MC Brothers had me plugged it, in order to reach our destination. Following Friday morning I arrived to Mancuso and the Service Center accepted my bike, assuring me that they would do their best to get me back on the road. First thing Saturday morning, I received a text that my bike was ready. I called to verify and was greeted with friendliness. My deductible was taken care of and I am truly grateful for the outstanding service!!! True professionals representing their store and the Harley Brand! I was truly pleased with the quick turnaround! THANK YOU for a job well done! ???

I bought a new 2023 Honda Goldwing, got it home and after a couple hours it won't start, or even turn on the ignition, dash, etc.
The battery has charge. Shelby at Team Mancuso Powersports South has been very nice and helpful, hopefully we'll get this resolved and I can change the rating to 5 stars.
Update everything was resolved and the problem was fixed. I was angry and out of sorts and actually used a four letter word when
talking to the General Manager. I apologize for that sincerely. I honestly believe it was a software glitch. They sold me a very nice new Goldwing at a fair, or really good price. They offered to come get the bike to fix it. I was impatient and managed to fix it myself. I just love the bike. It's almost my favorite of the three motorcycles I have.

Mike Medina was pleasant to work with! He was professional and knowledgeable. I brought my bike in to get a tire replaced. The communication was great throughout the entire process. They earned a new customer! I look forward to dealing with Mancuso Harley Davidson Central in the future, and will recommend to others.

Service & Sales are the BEST. Service has always done my service intervals. They just finished with the 20k in September 2016 and the bike runs better than new. Not the cheapest in town but they are competitive. I believe you get what you pay for and quality is not cheap. They look after me and my bike. I have bought 4 bikes from them and will continue to buy from them in the future.
