Marbella Salon was such a great experience! Mike did an amazing job with my color and styling,—he’s seriously talented. On top of that, he’s so easy to talk to and just a fun person to be around. By the time I was leaving, I felt like I’d made a new friend, lol. On a previous visit, Eduardo gave me a keratin smoothing treatment, and I've NEVER had bounce to my hair whatsoever before my visit. I DO now! 😀 I absolutely loved both of my visits and can’t wait to come back!

I’m from out of town and I was very nervous to attempt a new salon. However, my experience was wonderful! For the first time in a long time, I LOVE my hair. Erica was so personable and took the time to actually listen to what I wanted. I highly recommend you give the salon a try because I know you won’t be disappointed!

Eduardo gave me the best cut of my life. He saved me from a bad haircut I got from another shop. He is really the best and knows what he’s doing. I’ll be coming back as long as I’m in houston

I made my appointment and when I arrived the stylist did not show up. One stylist that was there told me he was sick but I didn’t receive any cancellation message or anything. They offer to agent for another day but if I booked for that day and that time it was because I have availability for that moment. It was my first time going there and I won’t come back.

Érica was awesome! I wasn’t quite sure how I wanted to cut my hair short but Erica knew what would look good on me. If I lived in Houston, I would definitely go back.

I had a mixed experience at this salon. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I really enjoyed the welcoming vibe of the place. However, I ultimately decided not to go through with my hair appointment. I was informed that the service would cost $500 and take until 4 PM to complete. While I don’t mind the time commitment for my hair and was willing to pay the $500, the stylist mentioned she’d rather be home watching TV on a Sunday, which made me feel that she wasn’t fully eager to take on the appointment.
I drove 45 minutes to get to the salon, and I just feel that it’s important to communicate such details more clearly upfront. It’s disappointing to have made the drive only to feel talked out of the service. Despite this, the friendly energy of the staff made it hard to leave.
UPDATE TO MY REVIEW;
Thank you for responding. I get that sometimes service timing and pricing can only be estimated once the stylist sees the hair — and I was okay with both the time and cost. My decision not to proceed wasn’t about that. 🤗
What concerned me was the stylist’s comment about rather being home watching TV. While it may not have been intended negatively, it gave me the impression that she wasn’t fully enthusiastic about the appointment, which made me second-guess moving forward.
I still appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the staff — that part truly stood out. I just hope this feedback helps with communication in the future, as it can really affect a client’s overall experience. P.s customer service is key.

I'm bad at describing what I want in a haircut, which in the past has led to me looking like some weird mushroom. I'll show Eduardo maybe 2 photos and a general vibe and he nails it every time. Best haircut I've had in Houston. Well priced, cool salon, and they don't push products (but their recommended that I've bought have been great).

I hardly ever leave reviews, but my girl Sydney did an amazing job!! I was nervous, but she walked me through the process and put me at ease with her knowledge and calming presence. I trusted her to do her thing and she did THAT! This is the best I’ve ever seen my hair look and I am so pleased with how it turned out. She knew exactly how to cut and color for the vision I was going for. Thank you Sydney and Marbella Salon!
