We absolutely love this Marcos so much. The pizza is always delicious, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Marcos location. We usually do take out.

Absolutely trash customer service order number 186 to 1724 way to 20 minutes as instructed online to go pick up my pizza got to the store we’re supposed to wait five minutes at the store as instructed by employee to get said pizzas waited another 25 minutes before I finally got my pizzas because some driver accidentally took my pizza do you think that’s my problem someone else gets a free pizza and you take my money and time trash establishment no apologies or anything

Update: 11/25/23 daily reminder that Marcos told me to contact them on Twitter 5 weeks ago and then left me on Seen lol (see pic). Nobody ever contacted me.Update: Marcos has a serious customer service problem. If you're wondering why the terrible manager acts the way he does, it's because he knows that corporate isn't going to do anything about it and his life sucks so he's taking it out on everyone else. You see all of these responses from Marcos in the reviews here "We take things like this seriously" and "Please contact us so we can make it right". When you contact them on Facebook or Twitter (because, unbelievably, there's no actual customer service to contact) they'll just say they're escalating the issue and you'll never hear from them again. Really sad because Marcos used to be great but I've noticed the food quality going downhill for a while now anyway. Too bad.Original review:Ordered a pizza. Delivery time came and went, it was only 5 minutes later than expected but I decided to call to get an update. Guy I talked to "George" claimed he was a manager, after dealing with him 100% would not be surprised if that's a fake name and position. First thing he says "yeah the delivery guy was knocking for 20 minutes and finally just left the pizza there". Really nasty attitude and there's no way the guy could have been waiting 20 minutes given the time that I ordered. Anyway, nope, they left the pizza at a similarly named street 1 block over. George says he'll call the delivery guy, I was like "uh no, according to you he was standing at another house with it for 20 minutes and left it there, I don't want him to go get it and bring it to me. "George is obviously irritated at this "Fine then well remake it and send it over". I go over to the house I suspect they left it at, open up the box and the pizza had obviously been dropped. I call Marcos to tell them not to bother with the new pizza, we don't want it (mostly because I'm sure this guy is going to do something to my pizza) his response is ok BYE click. By this point I don't care about the pizza, George has made it personal. I called back to ask how I can talk to the owner of the franchise and George says I lied about the pizza being dropped (at this point I had already cancelled the pizza so I literally gain nothing by lying about that - also, see photo) then hangs up on me. I'm assuming Marcos records their calls so check the calls between 4:37 and 4:50 on 10/13/23. Definitely will not be back.

I ordered pizza at 6:00pm it is 9:00pm and it still has not been delivered. There has been no communication from them via email, text, or phone call. I have called 5 times and on one I waited on hold for 30 minutes and never spoke to a person. The system answers, tells me they know how valuable my time is (are you kidding? Now you are adding insult to injury! If you think my time is valuable pick up the phone), and then it puts me into a perpetual loop. What is the point of publishing a phone number if a person never answers? I honestly can't remember the last time I encountered such disregard for customer service and communication.

We have tried to give this place chance after chance. The pizza us good IF they get your order right. Tonight was the last straw. Placed online order and waited an hour before I finally tried calling. As I waited on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and tried again. Five minutes into holding, my wife noticed in the app that the location was closed. It was not closed when I placed the order. We're now heading out to Crust.

The food was honestly not eaten the next day. The person taking the order lacked customer service skills,rushed through the specials ,and was honestly rude. He acted like I should know the menu. We won't be back.

Most terrible customer service ever. I order my pizza at 5:52pm. I got my order at 7:28 pm. I called the store 5 times and every time someone kept hanging up the phone on me. (I waited on the phone for about 40 minutes total). When I finally got my order, someone knocked on the door and immediately ran away. On top of that the order was wrong, I ordered cheezy bread that cane burnt then my pizza was the wrong size!! Worst service ever!!!!

I started using this location about 4 years ago, the pizza was always awesome , but the last couple of times, not so much , and the delivery drivers and hit and miss, sometimes they follow directions for contact less and sometimes they don't. I understand every company has staffing issues, but at least communicate with your customers about timelines. Most people are not upset if you let them know so that they know what to expect.

The location at 16427 W Little York Rd, Houston, TX 77084 is the worst place! Today 11/10 I placed an online order at 6:30 “promise time “ was at 7:03 started calling at 7:20 and no answer at all was hung up on twice. Drove there and was told they stopped doing orders at 6 and even though I was charged and got a confirmation number they didn’t call me to let me know they weren’t going to make them. They said they were just ignoring all online orders and are not calling anyone to tell them. This is the second bad experience we’ve had. The first time we stopped ordering for 4 months and this was the first time going back. I guess no more. Said they refunded us but didn’t give us a receipt will be following up with my bank.

The Manager Jorge is terrible, clearly doesn't have any customer service skills, he's clearly in the wrong business and needs to be fired. Jorge delivered our pizza to the wrong apartment, blamed it on us and canceled our order. Looking at the reviews this is not the first time he has done this and he's still working there so this is a clear reflection of how his boss and the owner of that establishment have so little regard for treating their customers right. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!!!!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! The manager was completely Disrespectful not only to me but to my husband and we are utterly disgusted and will not only be filing a complaint with corporate but will never order from this store agan!We ordered our food delivery and was even going to pay a very large cash tip but the delivery driver who was also the manager Jorge delivered our food to the wrong address! When we called to see where our food was he claimed that he called multiple times (we checked our call log he only called once) and delivered it to our doorstep . We told him that we have a camera outside of our apartment we checked the footage and he never came to our doorstep or delivered any food to us so he must have delivered it to the wrong address. After going back and forth with him over the phone telling him we never got the food he very rudely said he would remake the food and re deliver it then hung up on us ! He then called us back to reconfirm the address which we told him then he said “ why would you order pizza and not answer your phone” then hung up on us again! We called back to speak to a manager and he said “ i am the manager and dont worry im canceling your order “ then hung up in our face again!!We were very shocked i have never in my life been treated this way so my husband and i got in our car and had to drive all the way to the store in order to get our paper refund and receipt ! When we pulled up he clearly did not care about how he talked to us he never even apologized or acknowledged that he was wrong ! But was more upset that we were upset because he was not doing his job correctly!Please beware if you order from this store they will blame you when they dont do their job correctly hang up on you and not even try to fix the problem but cancel your order so they dont have to deal with itHonestly Jorge should not be working for this company he will tarnish this brand he is not happy with the work he does and takes it out on paying customers i will honestly never return if he is still working there ! Clearly from the other reviews he does this a lot so be careful
