Not a business that I would recommend working for. The owner is shrewd and suffers from short man syndrome. I was embarrassed to meet with some of his customers when they complained to me about the way they were treated, suing church leaders is one that comes to mind. I was very happy when I left there.

We have been a happy customer for about 8 years and have been happy with the service but when it came to needing a change in our contract they have not been willing to work with us unfortunately.

We recently switched to Marimon and life is good again! We have few issues and if an issues arises it is promptly and professionally resolved!

They are probably the only vendor I never have a problem with. They are prompt friendly and reliable. I also like that their dispatch sends out regular almost real time updates as to the status of the assigned technician. A+
