I do not recommend Mr. Guillermo, terrible service, I paid him $1,116 dollars in November 2023, to make my 2022 taxes, he told me to return for the 2023 taxes, because I had expenses left over from last year. I asked for an extension, I went to do them in November. Mr. Guillermo did not give me information about my refund, only that they had already been accepted, the days went by and I dialed again and Mr. Guillermo and his secretary just told me lies that they were going to review and they did not return my call, I dialed him, They didn't answer, the secretary told me that they would arrive in 2 weeks and Mr. Guillermo told me that it was only necessary to check every week. Until I called the IRS and they told me that they had nothing, the man had not sent my taxes, he tried to send them in April and they were rejected, the man never sent any of my taxes. I dialed him to ask him why not
I had sent my taxes if I did them in November 2022, he did not answer, I sent him a message I told him that I had already told all his lies to the IRS, and just like that, his secretary said that he was going to let me know what had happened and so far he has not He has told me nothing. He told me that my refund was going to be an amount less than what I received. You charge a lot for the bad service, when one goes to do the taxes he is very kind, but when you are marking him for reports he is too despotic. I do not recommend it, they should cancel your license if you have it, it will put you in trouble. It took almost a year to send my taxes until September 2024 and that's why I spoke to the IRS and realized it.
