They deserve no stars. A friend had called for me and the locksmith called me. I told him I would call back if needed. I never called back and he kept calling and calling and calling me. I never responded with a yes nor a please come help me. When the guy was trying to get me to commit he said he was 20 mins away. Two and a half hours later he shows up and blows my phone up. Back to back calls from two different phones. Then they started threatening my friend and I both over a $35 cancelation fee. Said they would sue us for theft of services and put something on my car. This company is trash. They will put a full court pressure on you to commit and when you don't they try and get a cancelation fee from you by threatening you. DONT EVEN CALL THESE PEOPLE! TRASH STRAIGHT TRASH! Predatory business. They are the biggest scammers out there. I'm embarrassed for them.

recently used 24 Hour Unlock Services for a tire leak. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to patch the leak. Despite this, I was still charged a $35 service call fee just for the technician to tell me I had a leak, which was already evident. I am very disappointed with this policy and the lack of resolution to my issue. I expected a more satisfactory outcome from a service that claims to be professional and reliable.

Predatory business practice. The technician arrived late in an old Camry to change a flat tire. (Tollway assistance had already installed and inflated my spare tire) After I voluntarily agreed to pay the "cancelation" penalty, the technician proceeded to maneuver his Camry directly in front of my vehicle, blocking my path to leave the shoulder. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend doing business with these crooks.

Guy by the name of Jack came out to my location and almost came to blows with another company that came out then charged me $100 more than what the company advertises. Had he told me upfront what the price would be I would not have used him. Would not recommend this company under any circumstances as they are very misleading!

Had company come out to jump my car , he was not familiar with European cars, over charged and then died again and they came back out and he could not even get the battery jumped and they still charged me $150 dollars , so $300 dollars later I called another company that fixed the problem right away , I would strongly suggest to use another company if you have a European car of any kind , they are not professional nor knowledgeable in my opinion

I got my first flat tire in the middle of the night and called many 24/7 places for help. This company responded very quickly and was able to come help asap. George was too kind and a true professional. 10/10 would recommend their services.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam. I called to have a battery replaced. The technician, although very nice, did not appear to know what he was doing. He went to get a battery and then texted to say his car broke down and it would take a little longer, which was fine I can understand that. Eventually I had a battery and the car started. I told dispatch and the tech that I wanted the one year cheaper battery. After the battery was installed I received a call that a mistake was made and a 2 year battery was installed and I needed to have them replace the battery or give them another $90. I told them I was not home and that was not possible. I had already been inconvenienced and was not going to wait around again for a tech. I am now getting repeated phone calls demanding money or have them change the battery. This was not my mistake. My receipt does not say what battery was installed. I have no idea if its a one year or two year battery because the receipt has no details. I actually had to call the office to get a receipt. The phone calls I am receiving are hostile and threatening. I have asked repeatedly to know the name of the person I am speaking with and they refuse to tell me their name. They get angry and hang up on me. I think this is their plan. They "mistakingly" install the wrong battery and then try to force you to pay $90 more. Call someone else to help you, literally anyone else.

Best service you could expect, got to me quickly, got into my vehicle within seconds really, I'd be surprised if it was over a minute. And price was less than any other quote I got. They were the only company who actually gave me an over all cost up front. Everyone else just mentions a service fee or dispatch fee but won't tell u what the additional fees are. Definitely recommend 24hrcarunlocking.com for your roadside assistance

Horrible customer service! Not professional at all! Joshua was very late so we called another service. He drove up super fast and angrily blocked us in. Hopped out of the car all aggressively demanding a cancelation fee (even though it was never mentioned at booking or in any of the multiple texts). He refused to let me talk to his boss and kept asking my nephew to cash app him for "wasting his time". This was handled in a very disgraceful way and I would never recommend this place to anyone! In fact let me shout it louder for the people in the back: Spare yourself the frustration and call someone else!

I called requesting services cause I locked my keys in my vehicle at the gas station. I only got ahold of a operator and then never heard back from a locksmith coming to help. I then get a bill saying I owe a $35 fee for making them come out and canceling when I neevr even got someone. The guy in the phone called and called me a "F****** idiot" and hung up. DO NOT BOOK SCAM.

Was quoted 50-75$ for opening the locked door and the final bill was $140. Was told 15-30 minutes and it was over an hour. They added a roadside fee of $30 and the car was in a garage. Rush hour fee of 10$ at 11am. Complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Called to have a flat tire changed. The attendant who came out broke one of the lug nuts and when he called his manager to ask about reimbursing me for the damage, the manager told him they would NOT pay for the damage done to my vehicle. So I ended up with over $200 in repairs to my vehicle caused by this business that they would not reimburse me for. I DO NOT recommend this business for ANY service to your car. If they damage anything the total cost will be on you.

Before I begin, I firmly believe entities should charge whatever they deem necessary for their products and m/or services (within reason). They should inform customers of their pricing and all them to decide whether or not to do business with them. In my recent experience with 24 Hr Car Unlocking, I was not afforded that opportunity. It was 1 a.m. on a cold wet night and I discovered my car battery died. No one around could beget me a boost and no one I knew was available. I found 24 Hr Car Unlocking online and reached. I booked through the online chat which was suppose to save me up to 15% and receive a confirmation call from a CSR. I was informed of an inclement weather charge which I understood. I had to ask the CSR for the full total (otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it) and though I was more than I was comfortable with spending, I needed the service. The tech arrives and hands me his device to pay and the charge was for $153 when the CSR told me it would be $90. I was shocked but by this time I was obligated to pay. I hardly had $90 to spare and I definitely didn't have $153. I reached out to the CSR for clarity and ultimately got contact details to escalate the issue. The response time to my concern was great, but I'm honestly not fully satisfied with the outcome. They refunded me 15%, which I should received anyway for booking via chat, and still attempted to absolve themselves of responsibility when I clearly received incorrect misleading information from their CSR to a question that I really needed an accurate response to in order to make an informed decision. I sincerely hope I don't end up a similar situation. I'd just as soon sleep in my car in the cold as opposed to have to deal with all this.
