From the moment i stepped up to the counter and said hello, Latifah did not like that i was doing a no receipt return w id. she kept asking questions, and going back and forth. And no thank you, have a good day, no words said like weird. And then i had her again bc i ended up buying smthg, and she actually said hello and said bye, have a good day. So idk if i caught her a bad time? but it left me feeling weird.
