I don't shop at Marshalls on a regular basis, but I needed to return a blouse. The return was easy, unfortunately did not have my receipt so I got a store credit which was fine. The cashier was very nice.
I shopped to the clearance section since they're getting rid of their summer clothes, the sizes were all mixed up, just like people complain about Ross. The worst thing was a lot of the clothes that I liked were missing the price tag and I didn't want to have to drag it up to the counter to ask how much it cost. This is probably the worst experience I've had at Marshalls. Missing price tags and just a mess on the racks. Also, I don't think taking $1-2 off is a clearance, just a discount.

Well organized and everyone was great except the manager Letty. She is so rude and condescending, acting annoyed that a customer wants help. If someone had pissed in her cheerios today, she probably deserved it.

The store is unkepted and dingy. The staff are unfriendly and do not greet their customer's. There were no shopping carts in the store. Not a good vibe in the store.
