Trust Master Car to give you a professional overview of your car's current mechanical status. They are systematic in the evaluation, giving the option to approve or decline the work. The office staff are very friendly and appear to be very concerned about your auto's care.

Overall I had a great experience. Everyone displayed exceptional customer service from speaking to Tyler over the phone to Aaron and Eric greeting me when I arrived for my appointment. Good day! Howdy I was at this facility this past week and had a few questions in reference to my daughters car and been to a few other places in which was very pleased but not as pleased as I was with these great two guys. I want thank AARON and Tyler for being so attentive. You really made me feel as I mattered an old retired guy like me needs more people like you when we are in need of help. Great job keep it up.

This is a family owned business that's been around FOREVER! When I lived closer to town, I would go to their shop out there on Westheimer. My wife and I were customers for over 20 yrs. This was my first time out at this shop because I had a dented fender. Still 100% satisfaction!

I’ve been using Master Car Care for 20 years.
Their service is out-of-this-world great.
One time I needed to replace the drivers side outside mirror on a 13year old vehicle.
They found the part at the best price possible, did the repair promptly, and even painted it to match my car, for free!
