We recently purchased a mattress here. The manager, Lemont, was actually the one who made the sale and he was very patient, thorough, and informative. We decided to come back twice after trying out a mattress we were interested in at the Purple store. We ultimately decided to return to Mattress Firm for the final purchase because of how much of a positive experience we had. Lemont spent time educating us about the various types of mattresses available and finding us one that fit our needs. He examined the way we laid on the mattresses to evaluate if we would have back problems and other health concerns. Excellent customer service! I usually buy everything online just to avoid dealing with having to go to the store. The gentleman who assisted me and my husband was very kind and patient. He had lots of product knowledge and helped us find discounts. I’m happy we went into the store.
