Mike has been there for the first encounter he was very knowledgeable and gave me the facts about mattresses. I could have gone to 4 other places around me to shop around, I didn’t because I respected Mike’s experiences. Went in a second time and he is helping me on getting the mattress I need with the price I need, and now I am just waiting on Mike to call me and let me know when it is ready. Mattresses are expensive but I am willing to work with a guy like Mike to get me what I want at the right price.

Mike Rose was awesome. We had no intentions of buying a mattress, even though we knew we needed one we simply were testing out and looking. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mike at Mattress Firm at Westheimer and Kirkwood. He provided me with all the information I needed to make a well informed decision. The whole process was handled efficiently, professionally, and quickly. Delivery was scheduled within a day or two of my order. And I was extremely impressed with the delivery staff that brought and set up the mattress and foundation. I highly recommend doing business with Mattress Firm at Westheimer and Kirkwood. And be sure to ask for Mike.

I have purchased from Mike in the past at Southwest Mattress years ago. I will say he is knowledgeable about mattresses but in this case I went to Mattress Firm in July 2023 & was looking for a firm mattress. We found Beautyrest Pressure Smart. After about 3 months now…..this mattress is a disappointment. I now have back problems because of it. It was firm the first 2 months but now it’s very uncomfortable. Not to mention I had so many issues with the adjustable base delivered incorrectly. Wasted over hours at mattress firm within a 3 day time frame & ended up with a box spring. But this experience hasn’t been the best & I’m not satisfied with this mattress after 3 months.

Bait and switch. I asked to see a specific model item so I could inspect its quality. What they showed me was something of much higher quality than what I discovered when I got it home. Something I would not have purchased if shown.They wouldn't come out to exchange it and insisted I bring it to them.The sales lady was also very rude about it and wouldn't even acknowledge her mistake.

I just moved to Houston and lost my bed in transit. I needed a bed asap at an affordable price that would still provide a good nights sleep. Dera at the Kirkland store did everything to help me get exactly what I needed!
