Came in the store undecisive about what bed to get. Sebastian turned into a full cousin, became his transparency as if he knew what I was going through. Lol, I told him my health challenges, and he knew where to place me after I was in between one bed or the other...(goldenlocks)... lol, I tried the mattress, and I was sold. Laid on it some more, then ask what the finance choices are!!!! Thanks, cousin!! #igotateast30daystosee

Sebastian was very caring and personalized the whole experience. Definitely give that man a raise! He was excellent and working very hard to give us his undivided attention on a very hectic Sunday when he probably could have used an extra hand. He followed through with everything he said he would and was an excellent sales man. However, I am a little less impressed with mattress firm’s policies themselves and what seems to be some organizational issues with their products. There was confusion regarding whether the mattress we were receiving was a king or a Cali king. We were told that it got marked as a King but it was actually a Cali king, we ordered the box spring and base for that size. Well, the mattress was delivered as well as the frame and box spring but it wasn’t until we put everything together that we found out the mattress was actually a king and the box spring was wrong. The confusion came because we hoped to get a refund and the ability to order a new one, Sebastian offered many solutions which was very kind of him but ultimately we found someone with an extra king box spring to give us. We are still out the money we paid, but at the end of the day the mattress is very comfortable, it was discounted, and we are sleeping much better. Thank you to Sebastian, but I highly recommend mattress firm get more organized to avoid TA other mattress sizing mishap in the future.

Saturday, September 16, 2023I had wonderful day at Mattress Firm @ 5900 N Frwy. The manager/salesman was very kind and professional, he was able to answer all my questions about the mattresses that I was interesting in and wanted to purchase. I'm very happy with the great sales that Mattress Firm had today. It's a great place to shop for when you want to get a good Mattress.Thank you for all your help. ?

I highly recommend this location when making your mattress purchase. The service received was excellent ?% Angela, Kirkland & Sebastian displayed nothing but PROFESSIONALISM. Me & my husband was immediately greeted with a huge Hello & Welcome. But most of all the warming smiles from each of them.They are very knowledgeable of the products and give you their honest opinion on what would be the best fit for you. I really enjoyed my experience with that location. My family and I were looking for a couple of new mattress's today. We have visited three different places on today and there was uncertain. My husband decided to visit Mattress Firm and as soon as we walked in we were greeted, asked if we could be helped and was given a tour of all of our mattress needs. Long story short Ms. Kenya was such an amazing person, we walked away with two mattresses, mattresses protectors and box springs for each mattress. Thank you Kenyja ?

The Customer Service is impeccable… I initially came in, picked the least expensive mattress and left… That wasn’t best for me. THANKFULLY I communicated this right away and Ms. Kenyja was truly committed to helping me. You really do have to TAKE YOUR TIME during your selection process, so don’t go in with anyone who’s going to rush you!!! (Family/Friend). Also, it really does take 3-days to break the mattress in! TRUST the process. Ms. Kenyja is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and patient! I would say DO YOUR RESEARCH prior to going in to make the process smoother. Decide if you prefer Hybrid or Memory Foam, and you should be great.

My wife and I went to this location with little knowledge of mattresses, and Kenyja was an amazing help educating us and leading us to the right mattress! She gave us great customer service and a great price! We will most likely return here for future needs!

I was in need of a king size mattress and had I idea what I wanted. Ms. Kenja was able to educate me on all mattress types and helping me choose the right one! She was very patient with me as I had my two toddlers with me at the time. SHE GETS ALL 5 OF THESE STARS.

i would give this place 1000000x stars if i could! i most definitely would recommend seeing ms. kenyja! she was so patient with us and make our shopping experience so quick & easy!! she helped us find everything affordable in our budget and we were able to take home a mattress, box spring, and mattress protective cover all in one day! will most definitely will be back soon! thank you so much again!!
