Shopping at this mattress firm was truly an experience. Hernan truly does know what he’s doing. He helped us find the right mattress and the right base for our needs. Needed a twin mattress for my sleeper truck last minute

The sales-woman was phenomenal. She was very attentive and took her time showing each mattress from the most inexpensive to the most expensive, while allowing me to test the mattress for myself. She was very knowledgeable about every aspect, describing the benefits of each mattress. She allowed me to picked the best mattress for me and not the best mattress that she thought I needed. She explained the 120 day period that I have to return and exchange the mattress if it turns out that I don't like it. She gave me complimentary sheets, pillows and a mattress protector and explained that a stain on the mattress could void the warranty. The credit application was painless and fast. I hope I'm not missing anything. The sales-woman at the location of Wallisville/Alldates is a great person. Yes, the mattresses are a little pricey, but when you have back problems, there is no price to getting a good night of sleep and waking up able to get out of bed without pain or with minimal pain.
