Tyler was excellent. We knew we wanted a Stearns and Foster mattress but the ones that they had on display were not quite what we wanted. He told us they had just gotten a new S&F mattress in that might be what we wanted. It was not on the floor yet but arranged for us to check it out in the back room. He and his coworker set it up and we loved it. He went the extra mile and it resulted in a sale and a very satisfied customer.
