Zane'ka was very helpful in resolving delivery problem caused by another MartressFirm store (Kirkwood). I would select Fry Road store over any other in the future.

Zane’ka was EXTREMELY helpful! She was so thoughtful, kind, impressively knowledgeable and unforgettable! She understood our requests and needs. She deserves all the praise indeed! I highly recommend this location and especially Zane’ka. My experience would not have been any better than what her experience would have provided us.

My wife and I just moved from Queens New York, down to Houston and we needed a bed asap, the next day we got it. Even check out was simple because I wanted to use a card that I had from before and it matched their financial institution. Would recommend doing business with mattress firm!

I originally purchased a Beauty Rest mattress and tried it for 2 weeks and just felt like it wasn’t the mattress for me and my back issues. I went back to see Steven and told him my issues and he was gracious in helping me to swap it out w 0 issues. I bought a Pro Adapt Hybrid Tempur/Tepic mattress and could NOT be happier! It was more expensive but I am able to pay for it over a 3yr period at 0% interest. Your sleep is absolutely important to ur health and wellness so the investment is key to ensuring you are your absolute best. Highly recommend!!!

Our (my husband and I) experience in Mattress Firm with the most amazing Sleep Expert Alassane. He was very patient and explained how the consult would work. He walked us through the recommended mattress selections customized per person and in the end we are happy to say we have purchased the best Mattress ever. Can’t wait for delivery tomorrow.Did I mention how amazing Alassane’s customer service skills are??? He was great.
