Had a great experience today working with Paul, one of the most genuine salesmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is very knowledgeable, transparent, and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured into spending more than necessary. We did go over budget, but he made sure to get me the best deal. He took the time to hand-write a price comparison for me! Truly A+ service. Can’t wait to get my new mattress tomorrow!

Paul was so amazing in helping us find the right mattress for us and helping us get the best deal possible after our bed was destroyed in Hurricane Beryl. He went far above and beyond to help us for which we are super grateful!! He is a great salesman and knows mattresses very well. He also has a great team that works together and supporting each other which is awesome! Would highly recommend!

When I arrived at the store, I met Q, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As the sleep specialist, he demonstrated a deep knowledge of his field. He explained which bed is good for side sleeper and which for back and stomach sleeper. He was also attentive and took the time to understand my needs. With his help, I reached a decision quickly and received a great price that I couldn't pass up. Thank you, Q! I’m very pleased with my purchase, and you made the entire process smooth and welcoming. I highly recommend working with Q and will be back when I need to purchase another bed.

I had a great experience today working with Tyler at Mattress Firm. This is my go to store and go to sales person because I’m in and out. Tyler knows his stuff so I was very quickly shown a selection that fit my needs. Everything I bought had a special price today with an extended July 4 sale. It just doesn’t get much better than that.
