Mr. Raul the manager/salesman was a great all around experience, he helped us with make the right choice and gave us everything we asked for with out hassle, he went above and beyond to get us the deal we were looking for and didn’t rush us. Wonderful experience with Ken T.! We didn’t feel the “salesman pressure” you’d normally get from a commission-based employee but he was attentive in allowing us to try out a few different mattresses we were interested in. The Black Friday sale was a great deal for us with both the mattress and adjustable base for my lower back issues. Thank you, Ken, for an enjoyable experience and conversation while we were there. Looking forward to getting our bed delivered soon!

The customer service at the bunker hill location was excellent. I was greeted by Rusty, he was able to help me get exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed or pressured and was given multiple options to best suit my needs. If you are indecisive like me, ask for Rusty and I’m sure you will be getting the best nights rest!

Update: back again because our youngest needed a bed and Raul saves the day!!! Raul was absolutely amazing in helping us pick out the perfect bed for our daughter transitioning from toddler bed to a big girl full size bed. Hands down the best customer experience ever and he made it so special for our baby girl!! Extremely patient and knowledgeable - we will definitely be coming back soon. You are the BEST!!

Rusty was phenomenal in every aspect! I have purchased all my mattresses over the last 30 years from another Mattress Firm location. We just happened to be In the area and popped in as my daughter was looking to buy a new mattress. We were greeted by Rusty with a big smile and friendly welcome. From there he was so patient and knowledgeable in helping her find the perfect mattress for her. So friendly and never pushy. Offered us bottled water. I had the best experience with Rusty at mattress firm on Bunker Hill. Rusty was so knowledgeable about mattresses and helped me with my overwhelming project of choosing 21 mattresses for my extended family’s ranch house in Oklahoma. We have Main bedrooms and 2 big bunk rooms. I chose the Beautyrest pressure smart 2.0 plush. I wanted the best mattress at an affordable price and suitable for any and all family members. I believe everyone is very satisfied with our choice, a tremendous feat! They were able to deliver, and set up very quickly out in the country far from a Mattress, Firm location. Over the last 35 years, I have bought many mattresses from Mattress Firm. I can confidently say that they are still the best choice for buying a mattress! And Rusty was the best! He gets five stars too!

Rusty was extremely helpful ! And patient! I was at the shop with my two young boys in tow (who proceeded to hop on every mattress and completely embarrass myself and my wife) . Rusty took it all in his stride and made us feel very welcome . Very knowledgeable about their products and handy with nuggets of information. As someone who is very new to Houston, I walked away from the encounter with 3 mattresses, and a very positive regard (and expectation) of Houston-ites! Absolutely recommend. And ask for Rusty !
