I have really contemplated on writing a review on the purchase I made here on June 23, 2023 however this experience has been nothing good so here it is. On June 23, 2023 I made a purchase for a Queen sized Sealy mattress and paid for it to be delivered the same day of the purchase. The mattress came that evening and all was fine until taking the mattress plastic off. First thing we noticed was a stain on the corner of the mattress however we let that slide and set it up for the evening. The next few days we notice that a pungent smell of cigarettes was radiating off of this mattress and I assumed maybe it was the plastic it was kept in and that if we gave it some time the cigarette smell would go away. However, it has been three weeks since our purchase and the mattress still smells of cigarettes and just I am overall disappointed that I paid $750 for a bed that is a health hazard.

Great deals and reasonable prices in mattresses but the delivery driver damaged my wall. I mean it was an entire hole in my wall and he knocked my paintings and candles off of my wall. No care and concern for a customers property. Waiting to hear back from management because they need to reimburse me for my wall! Unreal! I even had to help the guy figure out how to get the set up the stairs bc he couldn’t figure it out. ??♀️. Be careful with deliveries!
