“We went in Sunday to get my father a bed. He was going home from the hospital Monday so it was a last minute emergency purchase. Sean was closing, but was so kindly enough to stay after hours to help us purchase a bed for my father. He understood our situation and went out of his way to help us. Not only that, but gave us a great deal! And helped us load our mattress in the truck. We will never forget his kindness! This is a great representation of what a true salesman is! Not just selling to sell, but cares for the community!”

“The furniture here is mostly floor models which were used in other Star stores, so the merchandise is lightly used, and sold as-is (with significant discounts). We got a great deal on a living room set! Sales staff were perfect - no hovering or pressure, but very helpful when we wanted them.”

Rusty, was not only patient in explaining the different types of mattresses and their specific attributes, he allowed me to continue comparing them until I reached a decision. He never pressured me to purchase anything, and as a result, I bought two mattresses and a pillow. I will be coming back soon to make another purchase.
