I agree with One of the other ratings that said if you could write zero I would... This particular facility when they changed hands years ago went downhill. I had been going to the center probably when we moved to the area somewhere in the early 80s. I could not speak highly enough about the place however I guess it was probably about a year or so ago I found out that over the course of a few years my primary physician was never given any of my x-rays or results from my MRIs and when I drove there to go get them myself to then drive back to the physicians office so that I can get another MRI to show that I did have issues there was no remorse there wasn't even any apology there wasn't even a made up excuse ... It was almost as if I was being treated as business as usual and if I wasn't one of those people who are persistent, I may not have had the care that I had to get to get another MRI which then I just went to Stat imaging in Deptford and I had excellent care which is where I'm going to go from this point on. I was finally reminded to put a review out there when I tried to call for the last hour to the main headquarters so I can put a formal complaint into their corporate office they didn't know the number and left me on hold so long that I decided to just put this review out there. And honestly, what even reminded me of it is when Someone told me about their experience and the stupidity of a staff member to actually say when you tell them it may be under a maiden name and they are too stupid and actually say is it under the same first name? That speaks volumes absolutely volumes and no I did not proof this for accuracy as I'm speaking into the phone

I had a CT Scan at the Heights location and it could not have been better. Laura walked me through every step of the procedure so I understood what was happening which really helped. She was terrific. Getting an intravenous line started is not my favorite thing and it was practically painless. The receptionist on the first floor was really cheerful which set a nice tone. The folks on the 4th floor were very professional.

Azi and Laura took really good care of me. It's really convenient and free parking. Azi's bedside manner is terrific.

Professional courteous staff. Provide Radiology, Ultrasound, MRI, CT Scanning, and Specials imaging service. Nice offices. Appointment needed. Free parking.
