Drive-thru is horrible. Constantly ask you to park when ordering anything. One soda - please park. One french fry - please park. Kills the drive-thru convenience.

The service here sucks the most. It’s always an issue with the computers and drive thru. And the KIDS her are extremely disrespectful with adults! Everyone doesn’t take disrespect from kids well!

This location is the best of them all (2nd is Montrose) in Houston proper. Whoever does the hiring, training, and all else does an excellent job at getting and keeping the right people. The food is always fresh, the customer service is always on point, they know how to use the app, I really enjoy getting food at this location. They are super fast as well.

when I went to go pick up my food, There was an issue with the system, therefore causing there to be a delay. The delay was about 30 minutes, and when I got the food, they forgot to add my 10 piece chicken McNugget That I ordered And when I walked in, there was an automatic vibe of a very stressed like feeling.

Went thru the drive thru and when ask for to take my order there was no menu I ask the lady if she could pull the menu up on the screen because it was showing the previous customers order and asking to confirm, she said oh there's nothing she could do about it , we paid twice as much fir my wife order than we usually do and they didn't give me a receipt. So I didn't get anything for myself

I stood at the counter for a long time to be assisted with a faulty order and was continually ignored by everyone, including the shift manager. I literally asked three people for help as they rushed past me to bring food to drive-thru customers and was repeatedly ignored. They literally looked at me, then scurried away as if they couldn’t be bothered. I ended up just saying the heck with it and ate the food I was given and without the condiments requested when ordering. It seems that the staff are more concerned about drive-thru than lobby customers.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The employees are about as lazy, rude, and incompetent as they come. Watered down drinks, half the order of cold fries, and never one “thank you” for paying them to do the simplest job known to mankind: give a damn.
